Different goth makeup tutorials is certainly something I'd love to see more
Great to hear!
I don’t care for makeup, but I’ll still watch this video, you two could make math lessons videos and it’ll still be fun!
You are so sweet! Thank you!! 🖤
I'd like to know what to use to line lips with I like a more crisp look
I use liquid eyeliner! Any kind works!
Again I’m not sure you are supposed to do that 😂
Goth people have always been the nicest and kindest people I’ve ever met. I’ve never met a mean or horrible goth.
I’m excited for this series! My goal this year is to dress how I want to/ get involved as a goth instead of just staring at the subculture from the outside haha. Thanks for helping us baby bats 😂❤
We hope we can help you achieve this! 🖤🦇 You can do it!
I'm in my early 50's and only just now getting the courage to be myself. Thanks for helping all of us baby bats, no matter our age!
Only Lynn could do a how-to video that includes a legal disclaimer saying you probably shouldn’t do this lmao
This is so true 😂 Me doing anything would need one hahah 💀
Would look to see a vampire look for sure! 🦇❣️
I would love to do that! It's my favorite look to do! 🦇🖤
I am still in that scary situation where i have shown no signs of being goth to my family, and not sure on how they would take it. But watching all of RGC's videos give me so much life and inspiration to be myself and not care for what people think. Love you guys so much! From Australia.
Our dark Princess' 🖤🕷️🕸️🦇 looks amazing 🌹
Awww, thank you 🖤🦇♥️
Can't wait for Conor's turn.
Video on Conors Makeup is coming next week!! 🦇
Sooon!!
Love how the makeup came out! 🖤🖤
Thanks so much! 🖤🦇
Great video! I have a tip for people who don’t want to shave their eyebrows. This may be well know but I didn’t know until the other day, just put some Elmer stick glue on them to hold them down and then go over it with foundation. The glue washes right out with soap and water. Now go put on your goth makeup and be a beautiful demigoddess witch king 😊
I really like the series idea of "Baby Bat Basics".
Such a lovely look. I love how saturated the liquid black lipstick looks on your lids when you apply it! I always look forward to the makeup looks personally 🥰🖤
Thanks so much! I love the blended faded look it gives too! I appreciate the feedback, thanks for watching 🖤🦇
its a good day to be a baby bat!! 👻👻
I hope this helps! 🦇🖤🖤
Thank you for making this and I look forward to seeing more baby bat basics! I've always been a metal girl and loved creepy things but most recently I got into goth music
I've been trying to figure out how to fully understand the goth community and what it means to be goth so I really appreciate the videos or explanations y'all give
Having sensitive skin makes it hard sometimes when it comes to makeup-I stick with the brands I know I can use without having a horrid breakout. Would love to know what other makeup I can use with sensitive skin and I want to see more makeup tutorials from you guys.
I have really sensitive skin and these brands don't give me any break outs! The main thing that stopped me having break outs was using Garnier Micellar sensitive makeup remover!
This is gonna be an awesome series!! I’m sure lots of people getting into it are gonna find this helpful. Angela Benedict really showed me some of the bands and now it’s great to have more resources!
You're an adorable couple. I'm in my 50's and sort of "transitioning" to Goth. I recently realized that due to the religious and narcissistic constraints that were imposed/inflicted upon me , I didn't get to search various expressions and see what rings true for me. I've always admired peoples' aesthetic when I see anyone from the various Goth subtypes and felt drawn to them. The few times I've "braved" approaching them, I've found them to be surprisingly gentle and kind, and interesting, and appreciative that I like their outfits/hair/makeup. So I've decided to give it a go for myself. I know the subculture is music-based and I've really enjoyed the music selections I've found. There's some really nice playlists.
Your makeup is really nice and something I think I could do. I look forward to trying it out.
I’ve been Goth since I was about 9 and I’m staring down the barrel of 50 now! 😳 It’s great that you’re now doing what you fancy! I know it’s meant to be (to some purists) about the music but I’ve always just liked Metal and Classical, not “Goth” music.
I was a labelled a “Goth” as a child coz I was drawn to stereotypically gothic things, I loved the moonlight, was fascinated by ghosts, death, I adore bats, I loved The Munsters and wanted to BE Lily Munster…I used to put black boot polish on my lips, much to my mum’s amusement (she wasn’t goth) as a kid. Then one day someone said to me “oh, you’re a goth!” and I actually had to look it up! To me, being Goth is a state of mind and a massive in-joke. We’re a long time dead, so why not lighten up and embrace it? I like to tell the mainstreamers afraid of the skulls “but you know you’ve got one in your head, though, right…?”
I spend a long time each day trying to look freaky and it’s a poor day if I don’t get people noticing. I’ve had very little hate for it in my life, but some, some was bad, tbh. But most people are just perplexed and their hilarious faces of mock horror amuse me intently! All my friends are mainstream-looking, they love that I’m different and I tolerate their boring clothes! 🥴
Don’t let the music side of things throw you off. Just be you! Basically, if all your mainstream chums want to hand you something in screaming pink just because you look so ridiculous holding it, you know you’re getting it right! 😜There’s no rules…except you need a lot of black…if you’re questioning whether you’re going in with too much black…add some more black…. 😜👍🏻🖤🌹
@@LouciferFlump That's fantastic! Thank you for sharing that. It's interesting to hear from individuals themselves rather than just the people who want to speak for the entire subculture. When it comes down to it we're all just individuals who either decide to be ourselves as much as we can, or we mock others for their comfort and sometimes our safety or to get needs met. But there's no creativity or real joy in that.
You’re very welcome…best wishes in your rediscovery, your “rebirth” of yourself! 🖤
Confession: I'm not a Goth, nor do I know anyone that is. I don't even wear make-up... but I really, really enjoyed this video. 😁
You have a great personality, and it shows!
🦇
Aww thanks so much🖤🦇
Thank you for making this! I appreciate you showing the products u use
Thank you for watching! It took me years to find the right makeup products so I know how hard it can be! 🖤🦇
Thank you for this video 🖤
Thank you for watching 🖤🦇
That's not fair. You can't just go around being even prettier with your makeup off. :P Also, you're a totally talented make-up artist. Also, also... Intro was fun. A+
Omggg, nooo! But thank you so much ♥️🥰
Can’t say I have ever used lipstick for eyeshadow…, I do use a primer on my eyes, then use a very pigment heavy black eyeshadow. Looked like some useful tips for baby bats though 🖤
You guys are awesome...darkly awesome.
Thank you 🖤🦇🕸️
You guys do such a good job with your makeup videos. Super inspiring! And such a great channel aesthetic too! 🖤🥀🖤
Thank you so much!!🖤🦇♥️
THE OZZY PALLETE IS THE CUTEST THING EVER ❤❤❤
I love it now 🦇🦇🦇
Thank you for explaining everything and not talking about other subjects. I really enjoyed your tutorial.
I’d love to see a vampire look!
Ahh excited to do a vampire look 🦇🦇🦇
I loved the video,
And I would love to see a gothic vampire look
I feel like that would be a cool tutorial to watch
Will do 🖤🦇♥️
The lipstick (I thought it to be a stick but it's obviosly not) looks awesome - because other than liquid eyeliner it's blendable and I love the faded/ gradient look.
you are so much better than “beauty” UA-camrs!
You keep it real for baby bats especially. Both you and Conner are so real- I’d watch you guys all day long!
I adore your channel❤🎉❤
PS I love how your lips looked so baby doll before you added more lipstick- so adorable with the little mess.
I love this! I would love to see you do other looks too in the future. Very excited for the new series!
Thanks so much 🖤🦇 Glad to hear that!
You look incredibly pretty, with and without make up! I really enjoyed this tutorial and I think I will give it a try.
Love the look.🖤🦇 How about a club look or a concert look? Formal look? Lolita style?
Great ideas! Thanks! 🖤🦇
Thank you for this although I've been a goth for 7 going on 8 years. I still need tips for makeup looks 🖤
No problem! I’m still learning new things every day myself too 🖤
I know nothing about makeup so watching this gives me a sense of how to start. Thank you for the tip about the eye liner. I also use a lipstick as an eyeshadow. I have a dark burgundy one and it looks perfect.
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
This is amazing ! 🥰
I’m new to the goth subculture, I’ve been watching many videos and trying to learn how to get a gothic makeup correct ! I’m trying to find my style and myself, this is definitely ver helpful ! Could you guys maybe do a video on advices or things baby bats should know about or what’s best to wear, etc.
I’m thankful I found y’all !
Of course! We will definitely do that 🖤🦇 We are so excited to help people! Thanks for joining!
Great tutorial for beginners, just what I was looking for!
Love the name “baby bat basics” so cute
Isn’t it ! 🖤🦇🦇
This was very helpful! Thank you 🫶🖤
I'm so glad to hear that! I was so nervous! Thank you for watching 🖤🖤🖤🦇
I love the confidence. You guys are great! Edit, after watching the whole vid, it looks so good...now his turn!
So awesome! Well done on your solo video!!! Can't wait to see more, especially on how you do your fine lines under eyes
Hii! Nice to see you 😀! Thanks so much! That one will be coming in the next few weeks ❤️🦇
Hey, this is really cool of you to making this video and series because I know a a lot of people in there in these type of communitys there very much like to gatekeeping and not wanting new people to come in to the community but this is awesome you two are doing this.
Boop! Boop! Boop! Pat! Pat! Pat! :) Super helpful. I prefer a messy makeup look also. Would love to see your even messier lip look in a future video!
Thank you! I would love to do that! Very excited to do more makeup looks on here 🖤🦇
Beautiful and brilliant as usual Lovely Lady! Thank you so much and can’t wait for more tutorials!
💜💋😻🖤🧡
Awww, thank you so much 🖤🦇♥️🦇
Very nice tutorial! Will try that and be a bit more brave with my make up
I like that you use easy and affordable products too like essence👍🏼
Aaaand, last but my most awwww moment was when you put the bat ring on so we can see it flapping around! Flapflap🦇🖤🥹
yup i drag it or even pat with my fingers, i dont care as long as i look like a ghost 👻 i started using the mehron clown white just a thin coat under my foundation and it makes it look even better and i use anabelle perfect matte white setting powder and its now my new favorite 😁 thank you for that tutorial, its always nice to have new tips, like the contour i always wanted to do it but i was too scared but i will do it and try to follow you 🖤
That's good to know I'm not the only one! I definitely want to start using clown white but my skin looks terrible when I use any powder! I get spots and it looks dry 😭 I was always scafed too and I'm still scared when it comes to nose contour but it just takes practice!
Ohmigosh, thank you for doing this! I’ve been having such a hard time trying to figure out a makeup look that fits my aesthetic.
I’ll definitely be trying this out.
No problem 🖤Let me know how it goes! 🦇🦇🦇
Thanks for this beginner friendly video. You two are so awesome. I'm getting V bangs soon, I can't wait. Lynn your bangs are killer. 💜
Yes!! More extreme looks please and thanx 🖤💜🖤
I love this! Even though I don't wear makeup I'm going to save this so I can reference it in case I do! :3
Thanks so much! 🖤🦇
I just stumbled on this video and oh my goodness, y’all are now some of my favorite people. Much love from a baby bat in Texas!
1.) I always have lipstick on my teeth!!!!
2.)Jefree star liquid velor lipstick if you haven't used it in crusty food cruplby lips , his velore liquid ones are eye safe and absolutely amazing. Even in the waterline!
Boop 🦇
Been dressing goth for over 20 years but never got into the makeup skills so thanks for this 🖤
I LOVE how your eyes stand out! You and I have similar coloring and blue eyes. Im going to try this look. :D Thank you so so much
Would love to see the look when you are finished ! Thanks ! 🖤🦇
i love your makeups now i know to do it
Simple but great makeup
Thank you 🖤🦇
I love your makeup. ❤ congratulations 🎉
Looking forward to this series 🖤 I am lazy with makeup because I have issues with too much on my face. It was really wierd to only see one of you for the most of the video but I did enjoy this one. Luv you guys 🖤
I get that! Sometimes it can feel bad wearing so much makeup! Especially fake eyelashes! It was definitely weird but glad you enjoyed it! Conors video will be up very soon!🖤
Really great video - so many useful tips ! : )
Glad it was helpful! Thanks 🖤🦇♥️
Looks awesome! I always look forward to your videos ^_^
Thanks you so much 🖤🦇♥️
I love the boop when you put makeup on lol now at least I'm not the only one who does that 😊
cool and easy
Great video as always 😊
Thanks so much 🖤🦇
I do feel like I learned a bunch! I didn't find what I was looking for specifically (goth co worker told me about a waterproof eyeliner trick people would do if they couldn't get black lipstick, but I haven't had any luck finding a tutorial - and I gotta wear it tomorrow aaaaa) but I did kinda expect this to be difficult to find lol
I'd like either a Shrek look, or a Thomas the Tank-Engine look.
Cursed Thomas look next video so 😂😂💀💀
Honestly I SOOOO wanna try this.. really need to spice up my make up game
I love your makeup looks so much!! Thank you!!! 🖤♥️ Love the new song!!!
Great video great look 😊 very inspirational 😊thank you
Thank you for watching 🖤
thank you very much
Do you set your foundation? And I would like to see how you do a more detailed eye look how you do the lines or a vampy look. Stunning look btw
More looks please❤

@@RandomGothCouple thanks you 🧛🏿♂✨

Never thought to use liquid lipstick as eyeshadow.
Love it 🖤💜🦇
Thank you 🖤♥️🦇🦇🦇
@@RandomGothCouple you're welcome
Love your videos alot it's inspiring and amazing I want to be a victorian/romantic/nu goth and also a cybergoth one god bless you and Connor for making awesome videos
Been a goth for quite a few years but only wear lipstick & eye makeup.. recently I've been using tinted moisturizer I make myself, some cheap foundation & white BB cream mixed with light moisturizer.. works ok but gets shiny after a few hours .. I'm trying to find a way for more full coverage when my skin gets very dark after a summer tan .. but also don't want my skin to look cakey with layers of foundation.. all other goth channels show their face routine with all these expensive brushes, palletes, eyeliner & foundation etc. & I just won't pay that especially if I'll probably just make a mess of it . Thanks for showing the cheapest simplest way . Also I wanted to ask, I've never used brushes or sponges before.. does the foundation mix look more natural & smooth with a sponge or spread around with fingers ?
For the inner eye i was imagining something redish by how the look evolved... :)
I hope to be using this and purchasing some more goth makeup soon. I’ll probably get it from Blue Banana. I’m not a new goth; I was Goth from ages 16-22, and I have just returned to it this year (as a 28 year old). I just don’t tend to wear makeup. I don’t think you have to wear makeup to be goth though…
I really like your content
Thank you!♥️
Do one with vampire makeup
I love the look❤. Where did you get the cross necklace from?
Thanks so much! I stole it from Conor and he got it from Wish!
I tried following the simple makeup tutorial but lmao i turned out goofy one eye brow long and the other small 💀😭
It takes alot of practice to get them right but they say eyebrows are sisters and not twins because it's hard to get them the same! Especially if they are your real eyebrows! You can mark out 3 points/dots on your eyebrows before drawing as a map to help!
I tried making a line didnt work so now i made bats insted
Lovely makeup🖤 I don’t get what you mean about it not being good for your beauty blender to go over your face after doing your contour or to cover fall out though. It’s made to do that. And you are meant to wash your beauty blender regularly if you are referring to eyeshadow getting on it. Otherwise it will get really nasty and grow bacteria. But again, I love the look!
Well I just mean because I usually go over my foundation again after I've done my makeup because of finger prints but that the black never gets on me! In the same makeup look! If this makes sense 😂
Hello from Spain what kind of nail polish do you use? because I have tried everything and they are all terrible
thank you😊
What is the full name of the foundation you used please? Also what products do you recommend for removing makeup please ?
This is really cool! What do you use to get it all off afterwards? XD
I use Garnier Micellar water! It's very good for sensitive skin and you don't have to drag your skin much! I used to use baby wipes and my skin hated me!!
Thanks! And yeah I have sensitive skin so baby wipes and makeup wipes always made my face throw a strop :/
Hi Conor & Lynn,
I hope you both are well and the only thing I use on special occasions is black nail vanish, please like this video if you haven't done so already, it all helps 🖤🖤
Thanks so much ♥️🖤
Your make-up looks stunning!
Do you know any good goth clubs in LA?
Thanks so much 🖤🦇 We haven't been out much in LA since we always run out of time 😭 We have been on two nights out at the Beetle house and we are usually recommend Bar Sinister!
Hi so what black lipstick do you recommend that last a while even when eating 🖤🕸
I haven’t found one yet! Sometimes I can eat and the Killstar Coven Cosmetix stays on very well! Using lip liner or eyeliner helps too!
Make it get to 181!!! Then its 13 symmetrically!! XD
I'm still learning how to do my make up sucks at 40. Can't really get it right
As long as you use a separate lippy for your eyes and your mouth you should be fine, same with using eyeliner on your lips. Thankfully beauty blenders are easy to clean
I'm gonna put a sticker on them so I remember which lipstick I'm using for what 😱
you are so damn pretty
Thank you 😳♥️
Yeah, I liked to know how you did your hair like v
I will do a tutorial for the v bangs in my next vampire look tutorial 🦇
Hello guys
I've just bought kajal eyeliner, tried it once, and wasn't even out. I bought it along with a second nail polish, but I've used the first one on only one finger thus far. That's everything I own.
Can I even be called a baby bat with that, or am I still in the womb, or something? :D
Yesss, that's a good start! You can be called a baby bat 🦇🦇🦇
Yey! :D
