      That is the easiest part, he did the most generic improvisation there so he didn't have to play the actual part that goes there. The reason why I am calling it generic, is because it's basic octaves, with chords that were already in a different part of the song, and also, if someone didn't want to play the last page, that is probably the exact improv I would think of for the person without hearing this video

      Puyu Yang I guess he doesn't have a sheet of the changes. I also would love to be able to play that part like he does. Sounds so good and it looks like it's a bit easier than Jarred's original, which I can't for the life of me get to sound right. Too much freaking jumping!

    • @jedinews13
      @jedinews13 6 років тому +1

      Just keep trying. I should not be trying to play at this level, but that's just how I get better: by playing above my level. Having said that, yes, I hate all the jumping too, but just a few minutes a day trying to get that part to sound right is paying off. It kinda sounds like it should now, but obviously not as good as Jarrod's. Still, I would also love to have some sheets of this guy's arrangement at that part.

In an easier version of pirates of the Caribbean the improv would have been amazing.
