Have you considered giving certain monsters the ability to track the player if they are bleeding like in Dino Crisis? Maybe if the player is not bleeding certain enemies are completely blind and deaf easily avoided thus saving resources.

I ran into a strange thing, if you try to use the stands with liquids in them (the blue, yellow or red) i don't know the word for em, IV drips? you stare at them, the vision goes different you become stuck and then you die , is this a bug? if it's intended its kind of mean to do that.
@@-PRO-log- How about if a mapset has custom enemies in it like say I dunno Unloved? That is a mod that would really synergize well with this if it works

In the settings when you are in a doom level (not the game settings but the settings you use to move around the buttons) there is an option to increase or decrease the transparency of the buttons
Look here is my honest opinion its great mod in theory yes but also sadly seems to think difficulty equals scary when in fact it does not all it adds is frustration i wont say this mod is bad because it has many good things going for it the atmosphere the sounds and the monsters but making things more difficult just to try and make it scarier is not.
IMO difficulty increases the scariness because it puts pressure on the player to make hard decisions within a limited amount of time. Survival horror like this, resident evil, or Dead Space, are WAY better than something like Amnesia - specifically because complete disempowerment only goes so far until it eventually becomes annoying and lackluster. In this game you have the choice to fight, run past them, or run and hide - the monsters will forget about the player after awhile. But you have to MAKE that choice to use your limited resources or try to get away, or do your best to avoid combat all together. There is only one option in other games, and there ends up being first safety, and later monotony in that choice.
