- I took a stroll down the San Juan beach and it just happened to be teeming with activity as it was a Sunday. This beach is mostly visited by locals: tourists will take the shuttle to secluded beaches in the area such as Maderas, Remanso, Marsella, Majagual, etc. I talked to a fisherman as well as some kids with a pet monkey... As you can see on the video, there were children playing on the beach and even throwing sand around so that day might not have been the best time for relaxing and getting some sun.
In general this beach is quiet as you were able to see from previous videos.

Hermoso Nicaragua
La playa y el sol!
Un pais hermoso
Un pais maravilloso!
Looks more like a lake than an ocean.
That's because it's a bay 😉
I swim at Marsella, not San Juan.
That's it: expats go to the surrounding beaches.
@@LeoJaramaz San Juan has many people. ,the sanitation system is not the Best. Marsella is cleaner
I just googled it, nice, many little bahias! How is the ease to find a little place closer to this bays? I am arriving early August, do you know the beaches around León? Are they clean?
@@davidwelch-w3c I am fully bilingual and traveling solo.
@enough1494 Las Penitas and Poneloya are technically a part of Leon: the beach is clean and you can even find yourself in the middle of wilderness.
