I love that they included the guitar. It shows that they knew something about Tony besides just the Uncle Thick character that happened to be tied to videos about their game. They could've easily just put in a t-shirt with the 44 logo and called it a day but, instead, they themed a whole POI after Uncle Thick, added multiple pieces of clothing, a little shrine to him, and that personal touch with the guitar. Respect to Systemic Reaction for giving a little tip of the hat back to not only Thick but also the gaming channel whose gameplay videos are the only reason I knew of and bought GZ. Just makes me like them and their game even more.
That's a great point. I feel like a lot of the items were thematic to Thick and Neebs Gaming. The rocket launcher could totally be a subtle nod too.

Same. Steam suggested GZ constantly for a while and I kept ignoring it. Then I saw the boys playing it here on the channel and having fun and I immediately jumped on Steam and bought it. Thick & The Gang (formerly Neebs Gaming) have convinced me to buy a lot of games I would've otherwise missed out on, so it's nice to see devs give them a little tip of the hat back. Respect to Systemic Reaction for this tribute. Especially since they could've just put in a t-shirt with the Thick 44 logo and called it a day but they made a whole POI themed after the Uncle Thick character, a little shrine to him, AND knew enough about Thick outside the game to include the guitar as part of it. Pure class.

The Generation Zero series was a great series. And not just because of the music and 80s vibe. The teamwork, stealth and tactical approaches were amazing. Also loved the distant explosions and gunfire. 💜💜💜💜

It makes me so happy that so many of the games you guys played together are recognizing Thick! The Uncle Thick commercials where my favorite part of the Gen Z series, so I love that they added such a beautiful addition in the game for him!
This was the 1st series of yours I ever watched, its kinda special to me. You guys inspired me to get a pc to really experience 7days as well, its an old one, but it runs it.

would you guys do another series of this game? its amazing how someone you never met and dont know beyond being a part of a group of guys you really enjoy watching can have an effect on you.
My wife and I somewhat recently started playing this game and imagine my surprise when we stumbled upon the tribute. I honestly got a little teary (my dad also passed from a brain tumor so Thick's story hits hard for me). This was an amazing thing for them to do. Long live the legend.
Was that a duster from 7 days on the wall too? Maan so cool. Gone too soon. My favorite thick story I heard on a stream was when he said he went to Ozfest and Ozzy dumped water all over him and the crowd. One might say, baptized by the prince of fucking darkness.
This brought tears to my eyes. I love this tribute & Thick deserves this & much more. My 13 year old son was 3 when we started watching the Neebs crew. He was devastated when we told him about Tony. Then the other day when he was watching one of the supercuts, he looked at us & said, "It's good to hear Thick's voice again. " Yeah, I cried again. You live on in our hearts, Human Man Warrior. ❤❤❤

Out of all of your Ark videos and most of the videos I've seen on your channel thick was definitely one of my favorites he was always funny, that and Appsro being that weird perverted goofball. You guys always amused me and made me laugh. the world is a sadder place without thick and I'm glad Gen zero got a shrine for him I can only hope that it's on Xbox so I can go and pay my respects in my own way. Whenever I play generation zero I always queue up your entire Gen zero playlist and let it play in the background. RIP Thick44.

Thick was so good as a commercial guy in the early stages of that series.. it was fkn funny and satirical and absolutely genius ❤ and lol oddly nostalgic lol so fitting in the 80s setting.. thick was perfect.

They have really added a lot since you guys all played. Clothes bonuses, additional perks, your own robot dog (Apprso was always saying he wanted a robot friend) and base building/events. Not to mention the damned Russian robots...
