If you want to know if a surface is transparent or not, you just have to place a in-game ping, if the ping placement stops on the surface of the object then your good, if the ping goes right through the object/wall/window then a guards can see no problem.
On the Gold & Sharke map, on the second floor, the glass has a white tint on it and so I thought NPCs couldn't see through it. Turns out they can. Wish there was a way the game could teach you those things but I guess you have to learn yourself.
Ig one cheese is that every job is randomly generated but once u restart. Card/code locations will be the same. Gold n sharke becomes very easy especially as solo since you go from 30 to 15 minutes on the job on overkill. You’d just have to learn the map
i know alot of 'stealth' runs in payday 2 had this weird crouched bunny hopping thing that they did, even i started slightly doing it, but i had to tell myself to do it, i was mostly used to the idea of how stealth works in this game, line of sight/head detection. obviously now theres not any amount of super speed running now doing up a would be jewelery heist in

I played payday 2 without ever putting on a suit of armor. I have been absolutely stuck all day until I found this video. Thank you. This game is a refreshing change of pace. After the shit show that was the 360 release, this company has made real strides with gamepass and Xbox one.
Why do I have this itching feeling that you'll become something of a second Generalmcbadass without deppressing loneliness at first but eventually falling to the same fate as him.
@@orangemc9358 He doesn't enjoy Payday nowadays because he only enjoyed 2 with his friends but now that they've moved on, he kinda can't due to the whole "I have a fanbase to take care of" thing.

How do Pagers work in Payday 3? I know that the amount you can answer scale on difficulty, and exceeding the limit doesn't trigger an alarm and instead only triggers search, but can you just infinitely answer pagers after the searching happens or will it raise the alarm if you continue to kill guards after that?
Alarm will go off. Also in search mode, in my experience, guards will break their normal patrol routes and check all rooms. This makes it very likely they will find a body or a hostage. Search mode is essentially the alarm on a timer in you have no pagers left.
If you miss answering a pager the alarm doesn't sound they go in search mode if you run out the alarm sounds from what I have played cam use pagers to lure other guards to you
Yo brother good video! Small advice, i would recommend buying a pop filter for your mic, throughout your video you accidentally blow into your mic while talking which for headphone users can be horrible to listen to! Other than that this video is good and informative

So the guards go from having the worst situational awareness possible to having tunnel vision cranked to a level of impractical

Id guess answwering a pager with no radios left and in the search page causes the alarm to go off

I’ve done road rage multiple times on overkill. Just not stealth because it’s a loud only mission.
