I've used Amul Whey Protein. First of all, it is only available on its own site and no where else, and most of the time out of stock rehta hai, to availability is a issue. It tastes exactly like milk powder without sugar, as this is my first whey protein mujhe utna accha nahi laga. Markings on the shaker is not at all visible, that makes no sense. For me mixibility was not an issue, par foam bahot zyada aata hai uska taste aur ajeed sa hota hai. While trying to mix it, shaker leak karta hai. And at last 1500 me thik tha, 2000 ke layak nahi hai✌🏻

Agar aap apne Ghar pe whey banaoge to usme bhi yahi sab issues aate hain. I have a Big govt dairy in my city which started selling whey as a byproduct, they never marketed well and did not add anything (mixing agent or that gum which is common in all well branded wheys) , wo powder bilkul Aisa hi tha , thode time me they had to stop it as nobody was buying. People don't need pure these days , they need easy going products and well marketed.

I am a protein Biochemist and I purify proteins from all sources. Proteins in general form froth, brands add anti foam. Most proteins are poorly soluble in water.

froth is natural byproduct when you mix protein in water. it creates froth because amul donot add any chemical to increase its mixability. they tried to make it as pure as they can.
I would prefer this Indian brand instead of going for costly international brand. I want an Indian company to earn out of my consumption instead of wasting my wealth on international brand. Ultimately the same thing is being offered 10 why not our Indian product should earn.

Small niggles make experience bad, also waiting 15-20 min for a shake defeats the purpose of convenience which is why we use whey protein. Even Trustified had same view about this product. Quality is top notch but the pricing and foam creates problems. I used some foaming whey back days and it caused me so much gas I was feeling bloated all the time. It’s worth around 1500. I love their Rose Lassi though, use it daily! And the buttermilk protein is worst in taste. Hope you got my point.

Empty contents of 1 satchet in a mug. Add little bit of water, use a fork (not spoon) to mix into a thick paste. Once the paste is smooth, add more water as per your liking and mix again. This method is faster and lump free, please try it.

i think its possible to add additives to reduce the froth, increase solubility and whatever other problems, but then the purity of the product is compromised. i think its a choice between compromising with the issues of a pure product vs a convenient to use product with additives (which god know what it will do to the body).
Honestly, i really like this video, escpecially the lump/froth free shaking method, being said that, this isnt a deal breaker for me now that youve told this method, this protein literally comes with 3-4 ingredients if i remember correctly max 5 i dont exactly remember, its overperforms in the lab tests, its affordable, the brand is reliable honestly ill buy this over muscleblaze which i used to previously buy.
guys ....protein takes time to hydrolise......this guy dosent know, amul protein takes time and dissolve slow coz its protein % is much higher unlike other brands which has very less protein and more carbs and other stuffs.. stop defaming such a reputed brand like amul they dont sell for large profit margins ....
Other brands use anti caking agents, stabilisers & thickness preventers. I’ve used other products (reputed brands) - all of them have these ingredients and do not form any froth/ lather when shaked. Could the Amul protein not having these ingredients be the reason of formation of froth & lather ?
Yes, that's right... another reason is how the whey liquid is dried. If, during the dehydration process, a lot of air bubbles are trapped, this will lead to excess frothing & this is also the reason why there is so much powder for just 32gms...
Got it delivered in 3 days. Today I have used it, and I added 300 ml of milk there was no issue while mixing and no bubbles were also there. May be this issue is there in some of the packaging but I did not find it. Taking about marking in the bottle, I also faced issue finding it. solution is to add water/milk against the light/bulb you can clearly see marking. Cons: I drank empty stomach after my workout too much bloating so now thinking to use it during night time. pls comment if anyone have any solution for this.
Seriously I had high hopes from Amul when they first introduced since there are lot of misconceptions still there in Indian society and Parents which can be overcome with Amul branding as we Indians trust Amul. Let's hope they improve their product as demand will be skyrocketed once Amul start shipping to local market.

I add Cadbury cocoa powder unsweetened to it alongwith the coffee powder and I love the taste. Alongwith 1.5 glass of milk, the protein content comes around 40gm
Any whey protein is going to have a froth and going to have some issues with the lumps because of the nature of the powder, issiliye most protein brands have additives to suppress the foaming, thickening agents anti caking ingredients. At one end you want a froth free and very high mixability shake on the other hand you want no extra additives. Can't really have both at the same time.

i bought this product and used it for the first time today, but i hardly saw any frothing when I mixed this in milk I guess that excessive froth is only when it's mixed in water
this is raw protein, I just bought nutrabay unflavoured isolate, and it has same issue like lumps, and froth, I guess to avoid extra chemicals ( anti caking agent, sweetener, flavour etc) we have to do this.
Bhai i used it, itna bhi froth nahi ata jitna sb log bol rhe h, 2mins lgte barely and its normal! And ye jo kehre h ki baaki brands ka 1500-1600 ka ajata h, like asitis type? I am assuming, those brands are nothing compared to amul. They are not even like 50% reliable. Never compromise on quality for 400-500 rs brothers. Telling from persomal experience, its a great product, you wont even feel the froth issue bcz its a minuscle thing, these people need to say something about pros cons so that it looks like a genuine review and not a single sided thing. Understand guys.
That said, id also like to add ki mix krne time it sure takes 30 seconds or 5-6 shakes extra, before mixing, but 30 seconds is no problem when u just have to use instagram facebook and youtube baaki din. Not like its a deadline

Stop adding bournvita it has chemical, a also used to add 1 sachet for taste but I feel dizzyness after consuming and when I stop taking it all become normal. As I only added it new in my daily diet so I know what's the reason. Try to take it flavourless or flavoured version of any whey

Bad review. It is very good whey protein. Indian company itna shandar protein laayi hai aur usme bhi tum kamiyan nikal rahe ho, aur wo bhi ye vahiyat kami? Jhaag? Any raw whey protien makes the similar amount of froth. try their flavoured version
even after all these cons, i will anyday TRUST amul over other whey brands

this is raw protein, I just bought nutrabay unflavoured isolate, and it has same issue like lumps, and froth, I guess to avoid extra chemicals ( anti caking agent, sweetener, flavour etc) we have to do this.
Bhai i used it, itna bhi froth nahi ata jitna sb log bol rhe h, 2mins lgte barely and its normal! And ye jo kehre h ki baaki brands ka 1500-1600 ka ajata h, like asitis type? I am assuming, those brands are nothing compared to amul. They are not even like 50% reliable. Never compromise on quality for 400-500 rs brothers. Telling from persomal experience, its a great product, you wont even feel the froth issue bcz its a minuscle thing, these people need to say something about pros cons so that it looks like a genuine review and not a single sided thing. Understand guys.
That said, id also like to add ki mix krne time it sure takes 30 seconds or 5-6 shakes extra, before mixing, but 30 seconds is no problem when u just have to use instagram facebook and youtube baaki din. Not like its a deadline
bro...avvatar unflavoured whey is available at same price. i personally found it lot better than amul unflavoured in terms of mixibility and taste.

Fill half of your shaker with milk and mix the protein powder zero froot will creates and for taste use 2 sachet bournvita .
Stop adding bournvita it has chemical, a also used to add 1 sachet for taste but I feel dizzyness after consuming and when I stop taking it all become normal. As I only added it new in my daily diet so I know what's the reason. Try to take it flavourless or flavoured version of any whey
As-It-Is protein is better in every way compared to Amul whey.
Lol, they have so many horror reviews, they sometimes import from cheap places, regular users have noticed inconsistent product over long time, muscleblaze over these scamming brands
