All these projects may look very lucrative and glamorous but people need to understand that all spaces within city is filled and now spaces are available outskirts of city which are villages like manjari, wagholi, lonikand etc etc... as development is coming to these villages the public infa is not going to change that fast. Roads, electricity, drainages, parking spaces these will not be there and will take too much time (we all know gow efficient PMC is).
