    Is that filter system compatible with any hydration system?

      No, it needs to go with a filter specific camelbak bladder.

      You could modify your own by using a third party fitting to accommodate your reservoir and tube. But the cheapest method without the work would be to just get the crux reservoir with tube and bite valve included and get the filter set. The crux reservoir has hanger designs that should work with other packs no problem. Then you’re good to go and you’d only need to replace the filters over time.
      Hollow Fiber Filter Lifespan: 1000 gallons / 4000 liters
      Activated Carbon Filter Lifespan: 25 gallons / 100 liters
      The activated carbon filter is like $15 for a 2pak.
