Thank you so much, really appreciate you sharing all this... I can't wait till I get my order of my new guns, Rob Allen Tuna 1100, 1300 and 1500 ... Can't wait to do some blue water hunting here in the Red Sea
Rob. Thanks. I suffered this weekend losing a few Jacks, because my shooting line is attached to a slider ring on the shaft. So I am looking for a different way to rig. Thanks, this was very helpful.
We never fit slide rings. Some guns you have to use them, like all pneumatic guns because the shaft needs to slide down inside a cylinder. Is your gun able to accept a shaft able to fit with the shooting line attached to to the rear of the shaft?
I just got a Timberline 110 cm and I am taking it to Cape Verde this fall targeting wahoo. Would you give a roller another wrap of shooting line or use a single wrap like you did in the video?
Thanks for the tip Mr Allen ❤
Thank you for showing this valuable information!!

@@RobAllenSpearfishing it's an enclosed muzzle gun. Does it make a difference with the set up that you have demonstrated?
@@delstep2255 I can't help, not knowing the gun type. Our gun muzzles have sufficient space for both line and shaft.
@@RobAllenSpearfishing It's an Seac still, rail gun. I believe it's an older model.
@@delstep2255 Sorry I can't advise as I do not know this gun.
thanks for this tips sir.
Thanks for the video. What type / thickness spearline do you recommend?

Go double wrap.

Hey Rob, great video. Is this still the same way you set up the breakaway system?
Yes, exactly how I would still set up.
Very useful, thank you very much.
Did I heard the monofilament should be below the shaft?
+Carlos Ríos no he said make sure its not below
