@AnimationBonbon No. Because they are all different in their usage. The POD and the digital only shops are minimal time spent managing them. I also have my brand present on eBay and Amazon. This is my full-time job.
Im still new to etsy i only joined on the 22 September i currently sell digital backgrounds and photoshop editing. I want to also sell POD this has nothing to do with what i'm currently doing would you suggest opening another shop? Any advice would be great thanks
I sell various handcrafted items, such as jewelry, resin creations, ink infused clothing and digital products. In your opinion- since they are all handcrafted is one shop still doable without being confusing to customers
Thanks for the video! I've been mulling over whether or not I should open more than one store because of the different Niches I'm interested in, even though they could all fit in well in one shop. I've also discovered that if one shop is shut down by Etsy, any other shops that you have at that same address will be shut down as well. One good reason not to have more than one at the same address. I'm getting closer to opening a shop and this video has definitely provided me with more insight. Thanks again!
Some people are hyper-focused and hyper-productive and can successfully manage multiple shops, some can't. I think the important thing is to walk before you run.
So I might of made 4 shop but hear me out. I made one for Halloween, Christmas, family and independence day for multiple countries. I felt like mixing everything up was going to make the shop too unorganized. I haven't lost my mind yet 😅 notice I said yet
I have a question. I've gone back and forth as to whether I should have different Etsy shops depending on what's being sold. The Etsy shop I've had the longest I sell Cash Envelopes. I've recently added a few digital products and register for the envelopes themselves. What I'm unsure about is if I'd like to sell digital products that aren't cash envelope related and then also doing POD products that have nothing to do with budgeting/cash envelopes. I've had conflicting answers as to whether having all of these products in one shop or if I have my initial shop stays as my cash envelope shop, then do the digital products in shop, and the POD in a third shop. What is the best way to do this?
I have an Etsy shop where I make hand made, hand dyed items. It also has its own Instagram and is more for crafters. I than have a POD Shopify site with its own IG with a totally different name. I started uploading these products on my Etsy but it felt wrong and confusing. 2 brand names, 2 instagrams and 1 has a website domain and the products are different. I felt like it was confusing the algorithm and Etsy didn’t know what to do with my shop. I also was confused with where to guide people after sales, my Etsy, my website, both instagrams? In this case does 2 shops seem better?
Thank you so much for sharing your opinion. All this time I under impression that having two or several shops (digital download svg and png) is better. Then recently I stumble into 2 shops that selling any kind digital designs (svg, png, tumble, stickers) in one shop. I see them selling at least 400 copies a day. That tells me we still can make money with one shop. But I am not sure about mixing POD and digital download together. So far I haven't found any etsy shop with lots of sales combine. but I prefer to do just one shop now. Less stress lol.
i love you attitude! especially when you said you don't know why they make a big deal out of multiple shops. i have a trademarked branded product line that is based on sustainbility it's chemical free organic vegan skincare and i also have a bunch of vintage mainly clothing designer stuff i want to sell. i'm not sure how i feel about having them both. the skincare is doing well and i am a star seller. I think i should have seperate ones but i haven't decided yet

I have a shop with real estate shirts and marketing digital Products but I want to start making shirts for other professionals like teachers and nurses. Would that be a good reason for 2 shops or all in the same?
Might I say how gorgeous you are?. 1st how happened you're on UA-cam since 2017 and you're not popular yet? I came across your channel by accident, 2nd the idea of starting a 2nd shop to separate 2 niches different like a store for just digital and the other for pod, I want each store to be ranked in a specific niche. And yeah it's bloody difficult to run 2 stores.
I have a T shirt shop but want to break into digital products and wall art so struggling to find out from anyone if that would be ok...Thanks for video on this

I have 3 shops... one for digital downloads only, one for POD only, and one for physical products.
