Bombatany is my orchid guy. I live very close to them and was able to just pick up my orchid instead of having it delivered. I have never had a problem with any of their orchids.

You should try ordering from Carmela Orchids in Hawaii. I've had really good luck with them. It's best to do the orchid bundle deals. You can get one that has all or mostly blooming and spiked orchids. You get an assortment of all kinds of orchids and free shipping. It's fun to get the big box and unwrap all different kinds of orchids. Everything I've gotten from them has been very healthy and a good size and packaged very well. I haven't ordered in a while because I have so many orchids that I don't have space for big numbers of orchids now. But it's a great way to start your collection.
Hi, Vicki. We've heard a lot about Carmela's reputation. Maybe someday, we are in the same predicament about space. On top of that, we have to repair the growing space. I’ve also ordered orchids from Etsy and it’s a risk. Got 3 from a shop and 2 was good and other one is so so. It’s always nice to see them firsthand in nurseries or local stores cause you see how the roots look like. Thanks for sharing this video.

Great video! We definitely recommend shopping from reputable orchid nurseries who specialize in this field. They're going to take more pride in their plants and the success of the their business. Shipping plants sets a reputation--whether good or bad. Obviously, plants can get stressed out from the shipping process and should recover well with all things considered. We try to stay away from Etsy when it comes to purchasing live plants. We hope the seller makes things right and corrects the issue for you both.

@tuyetvo4353 ok, so two things. When it comes to Spanish moss, must people do not recommend it. And then, growing vandas in California, we don't really know. However, it depends where in the state are you?. Have you done a Google search on that?. We will ask an expert and let you .
