500 grams Raw Mangoes
3½ Cup or as required Water
As per taste Salt
½ tsp Black Salt
1½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
350 grams or as per taste Jaggery
As required Ice cubes & Chilled Water (While Serving)
Store it upto one month under the refrigerator

હજુ તો હું કેરીમાંથી બનતી બીજી ૧૨ રેસિપી મૂકવાનો છું, અષાઢ મહિના સુધી કેરી મળતી હોય છે, એટલે હજુ એક દોઢ મહિનો કેરી મળશે એટલે ચિંતા નથી
