I have been cooking and following different channels for many years, but the way your recipes turn out is mind blowing .. they are always tasty and delicious . Sometimes I can not even believe that I have cooked it. Feels like that I’m eating ordered food from top restaurant . For instance, your paneer recipes are so brilliant , that I can’t tell you . I have followed recipes of top chefs of India but when I make them, something is always missing in the recipe.. they don’t turn out that well. Not only you are absolutely phenomenal chef but also you are a fantastic human being as you honestly share your passion with your people , no missing tricks or ingredients .. just the way as it should be. Very few people have such big heart and pious ‘niyat’ like you .. giving your best and sharing your best without any hitches and second thoughts. You are top chef of India in my eyes as food reflects the love of chef put in it and yours is always full of love and taste. Hello chef, we have been using this Aam panna recipe for decades in my family but we always stop at the pressure-cooked Kairi pulp finely ground in a mixie with all the spices and fresh home grown pudina. We never add sugar in the concentrate and keep a syrup made and kept separately to add according to individual taste. It stays fine in the fridge for a week (has never lasted more than that as finished within 6-7 days 😋). Now, I will try this version and let you know. Thank you for sharing.

It was refreshing to see it, I did try it last year,, did a few mistakes which I realised while watching the receipe. So this time will make a improved version. Bass rawaam yaha thode yelloish milte hai, but guess the taste won't matter,, if matters also option nahi hai😜
