@abluemoon88sydneypaige44 I added an additional amount of fresh lemon juice and upped the seasonings. It just tasted so much like unsalted butter 😭 I added the lemon juice a little bit at a time to try not to split the sauce and it turned out fine :)

I think it's in my top 5 favorite breakfast foods. I tweaked the hollandaise after the video and it was a LOT better
