That was me fighting on the front line. After 10 years i came back home and found here again. She was married but we still found time to spend together. That makes me the victim of a hard crime. Our situation at the time caused us to not be able to make a life together. Thats why im taking my sweet time and dont give up

Curtis Rose, I agree that no one could fill the shoes of Waylon as a singer. He could sing anything and make it his own, and I think that his voice just got better and better with age. Waylon was also a great songwriter. But, in all honesty, I would have to give the honor of best songwriter to Waylon’s good friend, Kris Kristofferson.
