Great Deck Saloon boat. If there is the option for the self tacking jib traveler, makes it perfect for me.

@@Timothy_Pitt hard dodger is now more spacious with windows for better visibility. Forward hatch for the watertight bulkhead/sail locker is larger for easier access. Additionally the salon and counter space have been expanded and more access hatches to the engine have been installed.

Very nice boat!What about stability?
This is the terminator of sailboats as it literally can go anywhere. 45 feet is big enough to see the world. I would always want just a small generator to top off batteries just in case. Wind, solar and water generator seems to take care everything though, but a small generator is more peace of mind then anything else. Beautiful go anywhere do anything Yacht.
You can even go diving and spear fishing with the aft platform ^^

@@zzzzz164 Think you're right. They've got a lot in to a 45. Galley and the work area are impressive. Not sure about aft cabin due to ceiling height but you could spec it how you want, I spose.
I would love this one most of all. I would call her 'Intrepid' and go everywhere.
I never even cared for boats until I saw a video of this one.

It has a drain. Its designed that way because it the easiest way to route the lines.

Really? Why ? This boat should be a hit. Myself is a multihull fan but this is one of the few monohulls I could consider to buy.
I believe that's where you find electrical and there is some storage. I believe it is also an RK boat, which I saw in another video.

What is the price?
Manufacturer price is roughly $800,000-$900,000 (USD), depending on spec. You could get a used one from 2017 for closer to $700,000 and a 2015 model for closer to $520,000.

Great hull material but ugly design. I just wish Bennies and Jennies hulls are made of aluminium as optional
I wish that instead of those helms she had two tillers and the helm proper would be in the cockpit, a la Amel 50. Also would like to see electric in the mast furling mainsail, etc. In such configuration the Al hull would sway me towards Garcia. Otherwise I think Amel is safer to navigate. Also, what's bad about both of them is the mediocre speed. I understand Garcia is 6-7 kts and Amel 8 kts.
Too many sharp corners and angles for my liking, sorry. Also not a fan of nav stations so far away from the cockpit but each to their own.
Just a thought about the nav, there's only two steps into the salon making it very accessible to the cockpit. Plus, there's a minor nav station right before you enter the companionway. I believe the interior nav station is used more as a pilot house, since you can find all engine and autopilot controls there.

I believe it’s a 3 burner Force 10 gas stove/oven
@@Psijicflame I dont think so. It seems to be a induction or ceramic stove.
@@lucasbarcellos8356 The label is on the stove if you look closely. It runs on either propane or butane depending on the jets installed. The gas locker for the propane is in the port aft locker. As far as i know there is no default fitting for an induction or ceramic stove on the Garcia 45
@@Psijicflame Thats a black and smoth surface. It looks like the force 10 ceramic stove and oven. Garcia is a semi-custom builder, Im prety sure the would be glad to put any oven the customer wanted.
Edit: I forgot to mention that Garcia 45 Idril has a induction stove and oven fited were the propane stove amd oven was should be.
@@lucasbarcellos8356 Ah my mistake, i must have seen it incorrectly the first time. I think you are correct on the ceramic stove since force 10 sells a three burner electric stove that looks just like the one in the video.

I don't get these designs. " exploration yacht" yet bad visibility in front, permanently exposed to the elements?
There is bimini option to it. You can steer the boat under the hood as well as from the nav station with excellent visability.
Has amazing visibility and an option to be cosy as fuck on watch. Obviously when on the helm you are more exposed but I can fix the steering if it breaks in this case too.
Just me or does the saloon area kinda suck?
Horrible photography.
Here is a template for how not to make a video about a sailboat. All that thought and expense put into the design and build of a beautiful boat, and they turned the camera over to somebody who doesn't know what they are doing. Then worse, they published the video.
