The key for me is to have an secondary escape hatch, in case of fire. In light of the recent diving boat fire at Santa Cruz Island, Ca. So sad.....

A hint for Garcia:
Make it 2 videos. The first one without subtitles and a second with the subtitles and just end the description fresub. It is very annoying having the subs in a language when you know English weather or not you know the sub language or not.
