Can I have a suggestion about a very minor thing? The intro animation is great, just the music is too loud compared to your speech, maybe its volume could be lowered by atleast 33% in the video production. Lots of channels have this problem and it's a little jarring.
But congrats on 1k subs already, you keep making so much good content so fast, impressive. :)

I've always liked watching reviews with B roll in them better than other ones, so I figured I'd make sure to do that in my own channel whenever possible!
That character you asked about from dice thrones is the shop keeper from Dice thrones adventures. After you complete a portal crawl you would visit her to upgrade your deck with more powerful cards or unique items. She isn't currently a playable character.

I guess I'll just have to get Dice Throne Adventures then! ;) It would be awesome if they could convert characters from that game over into the regular Dice throne! I've seen so many of them that have fantastic-looking designs!

I absolutely love 7 Wonders Duel. It's one of my favourite board games of all time. Draftosaurus looks great. I'm going to have to look for that one ☺

I never really enjoyed the original 7 Wonders but was convinced to give Duel a try and it’s now one of our favourites.

Great list. 7 Wonders Duel is my favorite 2-player only game. We also enjoy Paris La Citie De La Lumiere and Patchwork, (a couple 2 player only games), which utilize polyomino tile placement and Codenames Duet. Paris has a head-to-head feel to it as you spend the first round placing tiles with your color (as well as a neutral color and your opponent's color) and drafting tiles and then the second round placing those tiles, but you can only place them covering your color and the neutral color. Any tiles leftover at the end of the game are negative points. You score points for having buildings next to street lamps and special abilities you pick up during the 2nd round as well. It can be frustrating when you set up an area in the first round to use for one of your shapes and then in the 2nd round your opponent steals that area (using the neutral color) and you have to change plans and maybe use a special ability to fix the issue.
My wife and I also play a ton of multiplayer games at 2-player. Some of our other favorites are: Welcome To the Moon, Legendary Encounters Firefly, Meadow, Atlantis Rising, Spirit Island, Gloomhaven, and Wingspan (particularly with Asia expansion)

My partner and I love two-player board games! Our most recent favorites are Smitten*, Glow*, Mini Rogue, Brew, Studies in Sorcery*, Boss Monster, and Dungeon Mayhem. Highly recommend!

I haven't played Sky Team yet, but I've heard so many good things about it that I really want to try it!

Castles of Burgundy is our go to week night game for 2 under an hour. We played the heck out of 7WD, pantheon helped alot with hetting 150+ plays in.
I LOVE Castles of Burgundy. We've been playing it a ton lately at 2, but I included it in another video recently and didn't want to do a ton of repeating in this one. 7WD is such a great game, and I'll have to check out the pantheon expansion!!

Bunny Kingdom has a wonderful 2 player drafting variant out there. (On BGG maybe)
It makes the 2 player game our preferred way to play.
Without the drafting variant it’s not the best at 2.

10:00 When we play Risk, my dad looks at the board and says, "Where can I cause the most trouble?" 😆 And takes more than half the world, but goes to bed early - one night, my sister "inherits" his territory to join with hers and creams us. It was brilliant.

It is 2-5 (if you own both games--if you only own 1 it is 2-4)
How does it compare to the other tea dragon game?
We've always played them both identically. Autumn Harvest is like a standalone expansion, where you can play it all by itself, or you can add it to the tea dragon society.
