Ever since I made paratha for the first time a few years ago I rarely eat any other, my taste seems to have evolved from naan to roti to paratha. Total adore it :)
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes lol but is that not the truth with everything? Having type 2 diabetes I have cut down a lot on my carbs so the parathas are now an occasional treat 😄
Hi Roxx1_, please take a look at some of my older videos as ive lots of recipes that may be of interest. I've done chicken pakore and lamb chops which I'll link below. ua-cam.com/video/qVyTa6ujYc8/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/ZtW7ub2bQyg/v-deo.html
I have a request for a recipe for Lal Maas which is famous in princely states in Rajasthan India .Actually after seeing ur Parantha recipes I was thinking of having the paranthas with laal Maas (nowadays goat or lamb) is used rather than the game meat .Try to work on it I think all ur viewers and admirers would love it
I’ve never seen Elephant atta that small! It’s so cute. I love how atta packet sizes have changed I remember growing up. You could only get a large bag or a medium bag. Not a tiny one like that.
Sister how do you make an omelette abd with what sorry to ask 😅 many thanks for that sister would u please teach me and us all in easy way jzk may Allah bless you and reward you for your wonderful moments 😊.
Excellent video, easy to watch and full of instruction. your technique for forming the dough ball is a scaled down version of how I prepare sourdough for proving- turning and tightening the dough.
Im diabetic, but really want to make these,.....is there another atta/flour that i could also use?.... i have heard of something called Ragi Atta, but im not sure if this is the same thing? Any help on this would be massively appreciated. 😊 thanks again for the video 👍
Hi Phil, I'm afraid I haven't used anything other than chapati flour, gram flour and plain flour ever so I'm unable to comment on how it would turn out with Raggi Atta. Although I did google it and it is used by people who are diabetic, so wont spike blood sugars. I'm thinking it sounds similar to gram flour by people who have used it and say the roti goes tough once cooked. You could try to add a few tablespoons of oil/ghee into the dough whilst kneading to maybe soften that up, which I'm thinking could work. Please do let me know if you get round to making it, I'd love to hear.
Hi Aisha, I didn't measure as I always add small amounts in bit by bit. If you do add a little more and it becomes sticky, then just throw in a little more flour to balance it out. If you watch the video you'll know exactly how the dough should look so you know what to expect. Hope that helps 😊

Half the price per kg when you buy a sack, but not so easy to carry home on the bus....

Is that a Yorkshire accent or Scottish?

@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes yes i will try it and for sure il let you know.
You can use sorgram flour...millet flour...and also make sweet potato ones too...
Mouthwatering parathas specially 'lacha' one...
It certainly was!
Your channel is sooo lovely. 🙂
Thank you 😊
Your accent 😮😮😮where you from.???
Are these okay made in advance then reheated when needed. Great channel and great recipes.
Yes they are but they do dry out and harden slightly. Best cooked and eaten fresh in my opinion.
Can you make some pastries with veg/chicken plzzzz x
Chicken Pot Pie recipe coming soon 😊👍

Thank you my lovely 😊😘
How much water did you use I always add too much or too little

Waoww soooo delicious paratha

So desai! ❤
It certainly is.
Please do a Q&A
Got one planned.. coming soon!
It is so fascinating to see how you flatten out the dough and came out a perfect circle.
Thank you 😊👍
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Wish I could do that as well with my future dough making.
Nice but that’s a lot of butter though 😊
That’s what makes it😍
Hi there, you could use less if you wish, but then in my opinion that would be eating a roti not a paratha. Lol 😊👍
Precisely 😊👌
Dear sister
When ver I made paratha, it ended up in a map of some country
Never managed to cook it in circular formation
