Love your farm stand set up! And your videos are so helpful as we consider a flower/plant farm. How big is your farm? I know pumpkins take a lot of room. Thanks!
Thank you 💛 We grow about 6 acres of pumpkins .. but everything else we grow fits on a quarter to half acre of land.
How much do you charge for the different weights/sizes? I plan on selling pumpkins this year and have no idea how to fairly price them.

Hi Donna! Here in the U.S. it’s a common in the fall for people to use pots of chrysanthemums as fall decoration. Everyone shortens the name though and we refer to these container of flowers simply as’mums’💛
Don't you get animal pressure on the pumpkins?
While we experience plenty of animal pressure in our actual pumpkin patch- at our farm stand, we're fortunate enough that the critters seem to leave our pumpkins alone :)
@@twosistersflowerfarm big and little or just little? We had a bear toss some of our pumpkins around, smashing them in the process and of course, some type of small rodents dug holes in some as if to sleep in for protection against the heavy downpours we get in Oct. We gave up on pumpkins.
We actually live in a small city but it runs between the ocean and the forest (Campbell River, BC on Vancouver Island), so animals of all sorts are a common sight.
@@EvelynM-vlogs ooof! Bears would be scary! We don't have a lot of bears here in West Michigan, so thankfully that's not an issue! In the pumpkin patch we'll often get deer that like to nibble on our pumpkins or woodchucks too, they like to create a mess of our pumpkins. But (knock on wood) they never cause enough damage to discourage us from planting them :)
