Healing from PMDD - Surgical Menopause, Post-op grief + HRT difficulties (26th Aug 2020)

In May 2019 I underwent a total hysterectomy and BSO for treatment resistant PMDD, 15 months on and I have been having a few problems, here's my update.
I chose to share my story to help others feel less alone 💚
