Princess Diana's wedding dress was a work of art and history the color of the silk was beautiful when she stepped out of the wedding carriage she looked like a caterpillar who became a beautiful butterfly and yes real silk get creased like linen she looked like a Marie Antoinette she looked angelic

Wow, did that dress just swallow her up completely. Wedding dresses from the 1980s and early 1990s were all fabulous, much like the Princess herself.
Contrary to what some say, however, I'm happy that Prince Charles is happy now. He deserves some happiness in life too, and it's rather romantic that he's marrying his true love. This is all people's lives are about - love. Not everyone finds love from an arranged marriage, though they both tried. They were an ill-fitting couple from the start.
Everyone blames Charles or Diana or both, but there's no one to blame, here. The prince and princess were just looking for happiness and love- the same thing that every human desires in life. ❤
I also read that years later, Diana kind of regretted that dress being so large as well.

The wedding dress was perfect in 1981 for the Princess. The designers should have anticipated that the dress would get creased. That was a major mistake. Nonetheless, The color was georgous. A dream came through that day for Princess Diana. ♥️

Although she presented beautifully in that dress and it was how she wanted to look. I didn't like it at all. The sleeves were too much and the frilly neckline was overbearing. The lace and beading were absolutely stunning. She got lost in that dress.

Diana's dress has been somewhat influential in fashion for a long time. My first communion gown was similar to hers, and I chose it specifically for this reason!
she was gorgeous but that dress had too much going on! bows and ruffles and laces and flowers puff sleeves, like they had to put everything they had in the shop!

So many of us love Princess Diana; she was the sacrificed Lamb that fell into the pack of wolves. Of course, she was naïve in many ways; not her fault she was raised in a very healthy family with flaws; her mother left her dad to marry another influent family. She was considered more than the nice-looking lady-like wife of a good family. Not at all to be married to the second in line to the Throne of the UK. She grew into her role but not with the right people behind her; Charles wasn't right for her from the start. He is not a bad person, but not the right man to look after a wife that needs to be up to the standard of the Queen-Mother. She was stunningly beautiful and loved all around the world, an image she cultured and grew up to be far more than any prior Princess of Wales used to be looked at. None of the prior Princess of Wales had so much publicities on her; she used it to her advantage, but her eventual diminished led to her death.
To take from her beauty, but the dress was goofy looking on her and didn't appear to fit her well.
This dress is horrendous, I feel like she couldve had something much prettier.
I’ve seen the dress. It was a wrinkled mess. I never liked the design. I don’t think it’s remotely princess like. It looked like a dress up doll.
Sorry to be a downer… BUT… I Have seen this dress on display with other outfits she has worn, with pictures of her wearing them.
That Wedding dress Was Not as Grand as being reported. I was shocked!! It Was Quite Ugly & balky for her. The TRAIN looks much much longer on TV than it Really was.
The umbrella was there, the shows, and She wore straight up ballet Slippers after they took pics on the balcony. The page girls dresses were in the glass case along with everything mentioned in the video. The other outfits were very nice! She was a smaller person which surprised me. With that said, her Wedding dress Was a Bomb 👎the rest of the exhibit of her clothing was really nice!! And YES the full train was attached to the dress. That was at “ Mall of America “
