In psychology narcissism is broken down into three types or presentations: narcissistic personality disorder, grandiose narcissism, and vulnerable narcissism. SJWs and those who subscribe to the mind virus of Wokeism often employ the tactics of vulnerable narcissists in order to 'cry bully' others into compliance. It's one of the more difficult to detect forms of narcissism. It's even more difficult to convince others that someone is exhibiting the behaviours of a vulnerable narcissist. The entire strategy is presenting oneself as a victim and then guilt tripping others to do as you say to compensate for their status as a victim. "You wouldn't be bigoted against member of a marginalized protected class, would you? You're not being some kind of phobic are you? Oh, you are being phobic? Time for you to be cancelled. Watch as I feign offense and use the anger of others on my behalf to cancel you while i gain sympathy and attention." It's disgusting snake like behaviour; that most people are too slow or too kindhearted to acknowledge for what it is. Anyone who calls the behaviour out is silenced, banned, ostracized, et cetera. More people need to become educated on how to identify and deal with this behaviour and these types of people. Otherwise the degradation of society will continue. And the future will be ruled by emotionally unstable anxiety cases who have forced their neuroses on everyone else and forced the world to tiptoe on eggshells around them.
The famous quote from CS Lewis - a Christian and author of the Narnia series of books: “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth. This very kindness stings with intolerable insult. To be "cured" against one's will and cured of states which we may not regard as disease is to be put on a level of those who have not yet reached the age of reason or those who never will; to be classed with infants, imbeciles, and domestic animals.”
I had one of these "respect my pronoun" types in my department. An obvious straight, natural born female who clearly just wanted the attention. Effectively like a collective intervention to show her normal people don't have time to sanction this kind of bullshit, essentially making it so unequivocally exhausting and tedious she had no choice but to drop the no -binary attention act.
It can be annoying if someone abuses it, but you could easily be sued successfully. If you ever have someone at work who genuinely identifies a particular way, you probably need to just respect their wishes. The identity is not your decision, but acting like an adult and being respectful would be.

I'm not a fan of this trend of expanding the definition of "bullying" to include any and all behavior that might be considered less than polite. To me, bullying involves violence or at least an implied threat of violence. There's an immense difference between someone saying something that hurts your feelings and outright assault. Despite what the Left says, words are not violence.
This implies that girls never bully men or other girls because they never threaten violence. That's simply not the case. They instead use gossip and reputation destruction to annihilate your social status and make it harder for you to make friends or be given justice when you're blamed for something you didn't do. You are of course expected to gain mental and emotional resilience in response to this, and find friends who are also alienated by them. As a person who has the ability to hire and fire employees, that would be a deal breaker. If a candidate wants to use a strange pronoun, no job for you. I agree that no one should be forced to share their pronouns. That said, I don’t know why it would be insulting.
@@neosapienz7885 Are you really this naive? I believe I gave the answer. It is insulting to say to a woman, "I can't tell whether you're a woman," the implication being that you are an UGLY or PECULIAR-LOOKING person. @@neosapienz7885Why should normal people be forced to draw attention to what sex they are.

These people are the worst kind of bullies. Bullies who believe they’re morally right in bullying everybody around them.
I don't think they believe they're right, they just want to bully people by forcing us to obey them.
Watch as I feign offense and use the anger of others on my behalf to cancel you while i gain sympathy and attention."
It's disgusting snake like behaviour; that most people are too slow or too kindhearted to acknowledge for what it is.
Progressivism is the ideology of the world's loser class.
The second I hear upspeak I instantly don't take that person seriously

They are always GUILTY of what they blame others for. She’s the bully and anyone pushing this crap against others will.
It's an act of coordinated violence.
Straight bullshit 🤣
It's Narcissism.
The best part of owning my own business is I can NOT hire someone who is going to bring the whole pronoun thing into the work place. But then again, my business requires hard work, so they won’t apply. And the best part of living in a right to work state is I can fire anyone I want for any reason I want. But again, that whole hard work, get your hands dirty thing will weed out the pronoun people on its own. Viva la capitalism!
I suggest everyone bully a snowflake its good for self confidence.
Hahahah 🤣🤣🤣
So true! I just tell them to fuck off or if they insist on being a total arse, shout on them some till they comply to reality.
ok incel

Got ya sista...
Fun fact:
Male Pronouns:
He, His, Him, Himself.
Female Pronouns:
She, Her, Hers, Herself.
THAT'S IT!!
Them, they is plural.
At this point I'm afraid to fooking burp or fart thinking some weirdo will think I was addressing them. JHC how did we get here?!?! 🤠
@@Sky.1111 Also, their, theirs, themself, themselves.
Right how did we get here?🤡
So transphobic and racist
Bullying is being told what you have to say to someone when you don’t want to say those specific terms. Then putting your job in jeopardy because you won’t conform to someone else’s idea of reality. How about that fact that my reality this person is who I say they are! Why aren’t these mental cases required to go by MY standards?
If you can't force people to participate in your religious traditions, why can you force them into objectively false delusions?
Very good point!
@Fennerex V "tell me you don't understand the conservative opposition to the trans cult without telling me you don't understand the conservative opposition to the trans cult"
Names are arbitrary, there is no objective reality pertaining to names. However, there *IS* objective reality pertaining to sex and it is called "biology". Someone changing their name due to marriage/divorce isn't remotely similar.
@Fennerex V if you separate sex and gender - which is a new thing - then FEMALE is the gender and WOMAN is the sex
"Woman" is objective biology, you can't have an XX male. Oh and males don't have breasts
@Fennerex V THANK YOU! FINALLY A DECENT PERSON IN THIS COMMENT SECTION! they/them btw
She’s right. Pronouns are silly and new, so you can’t expect us to try to adjust. Yasss Matt slay Queen! She’s so smart
I would love to work in one of these companies. My pronouns would be thebesteverinthiscompany/thebesteverinthiscompanem MANDATORY, or I'll cry at HR.
"This could rise to the level of bullying" No it wouldn't. Using English properly is not bullying. You can't just decide you want something and define not giving it to you as "bullying" to guilt others into behaving the way you want. That is what narcissists do to manipulate their victims.
These people are pure evil.
The ancient greeks used they/them as singular pronouns
@@dylancubanofficial456 The ancient greeks did not use "they/them" because those are English words of Norse (not Greek) derivation. At any rate, it is perfectly valid to use singular "they" when talking about a person whose sex you do not know. It is not okay to demand people who know your sex to pretend it is "nonbinary" (which isn't even a real material thing) and use it incorrectly.
@@dylancubanofficial456 No, they literally did not. It also would be irrelevant if they did, since human beings are only men and women. 🙂
The state of New Mexico has always been a democrat stronghold post G.W. Bush.
Having worked in a psychiatric hospital, theatrical workshops were introduced as a therapeutic mediation, people still sounded more sane than this interview with the HR.
They demand we respect their side while telling us if we don't like it than it's somehow a crime. Who's bullying who here. Use our made up pronouns or else you're wrong! Wow.
How about they fire these HR's and give workers a wage increase.
As a supervisor I was given a "verbal" warning for this exact situation within this past year. "they" said that they FELT insulted by me not using correct verbiage. After meeting with HR I finally had it & said go F yourself & turned in my two weeks. I find it ironic, because that same HR lady uses threats/write-ups/hostility to get workers to comply. this is a medical practice in Southern California (probably says it all) I hope the US is paying attention because this is a prelude to the California governor Newsome's narrative & failed polices. Buckle up he's running for president. SMH
Newsom is the next Biden. They will attempt to cheat him in.
I wonder how many people they "accidentally" kill there every year.
Shit I've heard nothing but bad things abt that guy(im not yet an American), and while DeSantis isnt perfect he seems like the most stable minded candidate for 2024.
He'll lose. The rest of us hate California
I've registered for my local gym using "Your Highness" as my preferred pronounce.
Not even joking here! 💯💯💯
Same here I use "Assigned by God" as mine as it let's you put anything now 🙄
That's an old one. They get all pissy when you try that nowadays.
Wish I had thought of that.
I want to be known as Darth. That is my pronoun from now on. Just call me Vader. Darth Vader. That's Lord Daddy to you? 😉
@@Falconer1128 love it. darth Vader. Lol
I like to be called whatever is on my paycheck....
Not only do they consider it bullying, but it’s also a form of “sexual harassment and discrimination”
Jeez…
I believe someone recently won a lawsuit claiming that requiring this type of language was compelled speech and ,thus, was illegal.
There are certainly more lawsuits to come.
Maya Forstater won her claim against her employer here in the UK!
@@EcosseOuiser, that's awesome! We need more lawsuits against all forms of totalitarianism, whether it's in the name of gender ideology or supposed public health or what not. We need all our human rights and freedoms fully restored.
G6 Works both ways. If you don't respect a persons pronouns at work, they don't have to respect your prefered pronouns c6
@@amyh3873 but my pronouns aren't "preferred", they're just the accurate pronouns that refer to the reality of who and what I am: a woman. So sure, someone could go around calling me a "he", or a cat, or whatever they want, but it wouldn't make it true, it would mean they're speaking nonsense.
We're surrounded by a bunch of "adults" throwing tantrums and demands like spoiled rotten toddlers
We truly do live in the age of narcissism and self centered obsession. It’s interesting that we, the majority, are always the ones being asked to bend and adjust, even to the point of absurdity and ridiculousness, to make a small number of people happy and “comfortable”. When did people get the idea that they have the right to never be “uncomfortable”? I have the right refer to you any way I like and you have the right to like it or not like it. And you have the right to do the same thing to me. Welcome to real life.
The sad thing is, this man and very few are the only ones brave enough to say it :/
i identify as someone who does not use others pronouns.
respect my identity.
The only pronoun any English speaker uses when addressing another person is the pronoun " you". No one is directly referred to as "he/him" or " she/her" or "they/them" in normal conversation. These secondary pronouns are used only when talking ABOUT another individual. In the workplace the best way to avoid all this absurdity is to refer to everyone as " you" when speaking directly TO them and by using the person's name when speaking ABOUT them.
I wish English had a distinct plural 2nd person pronoun.
Exactly!
Don’t give them any more ideas to change “you” to whatever they want 🤢
@@Transformers2Fan1 I do as well.
. I suppose that's the reason " you all" ( y'all) has come into being although it's not really accepted. Other languages do have plural second persons.
@@kirbywaite1586 "y'all" gets used for singular
I’m from New Mexico and I’m embarrassed this is even on Television. Shame on you KOB4
I don’t want to use pronouns they are an absolute load of rubbish. I have a name and I would want to be called by my name simple as. I’m not being bullied into using them. This woman’s in fairyland!!
So this shit is crazy. I abandoned a career in IT, because I was working remotely, and had to help a training class with getting into training. They also worked remotely, and were call center agents. I had one agent that decide to help other agents, but was giving completely wrong information, and making my job harder. I looked in MS teams, and this person's name was Ashley. In zoom this person's name was Dylan. I reached out in chat and said hey I need to talk to you. Should I call you Ashley, or should I call you Dylan? The response was, "DO YOU KNOW HOW INAPPROPRIATE IT IS TO ASK THAT OF A TRANS PERSON?!!!". My boss jumped in the chat in front of 60 or so people and started calling me a bigot. I was fired the next day. I then said to myself this will never happen to me again and quit working in IT.
Hahaha what is this? 1984? Absurd.
@@MIbra96 I said to hell with it, I have other skills. I'll go work with my hands.
Also btw my new preferred pro-noun is king swinging d*ck of the south. Please address me accordingly.
"It wouldn't make me feel better to abandon reality". A perfect counter argument to the bullying pronoun-squad.
At my business, if the first thing someone on an interview says is "Hello my name is XXX my pronouns are bs, this bs, that bs" I just finish the interview right there, sorry. I don't want employees spreading toxicity around.
First off lets be real. No HR “Expert” would qualify misuse of pronouns as a violation. Lets be clear, this individual is an activist and a loon
And a Quak on Crack
No. There are several people who have been fired for not using the language demanded of them. In New York people have been fired and *fined* for it, as forced speech (pronoun usage) is now the law.
@@harbingertheheretic3541 Sorry, but the fact that people may have “allegedly” be fired, or fined or arrested for this liberal insanity and thought police bullying tactics is irrelevant. The people who attempt to push this are NOT experts in any field, or in any way correct. This “think what we tell you to think”, “say what we tell you to say” bullshit will NOT be accepted by those who believe in the Freedoms this Republic bestows on us and will fight to the death to uphold these tights. At my job I don’t so I guess I’ll loose my job eventually cause I’m not complying to this bs
Since when did preferred become reqired?
Everything about this gave me a headache, if this was 20 years ago society would have thrown these people in a mental institution! But now society is trying to accept it like it's completely fine, my god how far we have fallen is sad.
That's why they shutdown the mental institutions...
Being all accepting is so good right guys??!!
If I was told that ‘zer’ is someone’s preferred pronoun, it would be a short conversation because I would be too stunned to continue
I’d be too busy laughing to get another word out.
Ever heard of neopronouns?
I'd laugh my butt off.
That strategy of "I can be offended but you cannot" that these lunatics are using is so dangerous & someday it's gonna backlash on them.
The Supreme Court has ruled that speech cannot be compelled, so how gracious she is to not write up someone for not playing the BS game.
Demanding that other people LIE (which is exactly what is going on here when, for example, you're a man and demand that people refer to you as "she") is in fact bullying. They can't get around that fact.
People insisting I use language I don't wish to makes ME feel uncomfortable. Don't my feelings matter?
So what would you do if everybody at work referred to you as a woman? She/her and whatnot whenever they spoke about you. You would be okay with it?
@@EliteEMan856 I would suggest that's highly unlikely to happen, since it's abundantly obvious I'm a man.

Similar to the story on how a trans "woman" was allowed to use the womens restroom. "She" ended up raping a girl in there.
I have a "transgender" coworker. They're actually a guy. But I always call him "you" all the time just so I don't get fired for speaking the truth.
