I'd put the Ice Shards aspect on a neck instead
iirc it makes it pierce 5 and do 17% less

Prodigy’s Aspect with passive that has a chance to reset defensive cds on hit is actually pretty great with this build. Free mana for using an ability with a cd. The more things you hit with ice shards, the more chances that you seem to proc this passive. The more mana you feed yourself from spamming your three defensive cds.

Constantly spam ice shards lmao! I been running the frost build since lvl 1 and you get like 3 cast then you are out of mana. I love the build but blizzard needs to do something about the cost of ice shards I’am lvl 49 now and I’am still constantly out of mana after like 4 cast. It wouldn’t feel so bad if frostbolt generated more mana.

Its wild how many terrible builds people are posting. Listen the game is not balanced. Nothing even comes close to ice shard builds with fire bolt enhancement. Ive tried them all.
