Im planning on getting this bike but im kinda nervous because its a new company and im worried about the build quality and the replacement parts if anything breaks
I’d get it man! They have been working great and the company is growing really fast with a lot of reputable dealers working with them so parts shouldn’t be an issue
I have a jangle in the front part of my handle bars and can’t figure out what the sound is. You can’t hear it until I start to go faster. Do you know what that sound is?
Can you put pedals on it? I want to use it in Mexico but the law over there states that ANY motor vehicle needs to be registered unless it has some type of pedal (for pedaling)
So im new to all of this, I just want a cool lookin ebike for back n forth to work when I stumbled upon this bike, but... it doesnt come assembled.. & I failed hard just putting a mountain bike together once... what steps could I take to get this assembled properly if bought one?
If you’re doing it for the first time definitely take your time and follow the instructions that come in the box. Also make sure to go over every bolt on the bike to make sure it’s tight. I'm looking into getting an ebike/emoto but I'm about 300 pounds. Do you think this bike would hold up to my size with durability & speed? Thanks in advance.
For your weight I would actually really consider getting the Talaria Sting R over the E-Ride, the Talaria frame absolutely feels stiffer and more supportive for heavier riders, as does the suspension. You can feel that the E-ride has more flex when riding it.
Hey Talaria Boys, super video. Can't thank you enoungh for the great videos you put out. Unbelievably helpful. Question for you. How do the Pros SS stock forks and shock compare to the Talaria MX4? You were anxious to swap out the suspension on your Talarias and you rave about the new forks and shock. Does the Pro SS need the same suspension upgrade? Or are the Pro SS forks and shock better than the stock Talaria MX4? Many thanks,
Glad you are enjoying the video's! The stock suspension feels very similar to the MX4. Upgrading them would make just as much difference as it did on the Mx4. In our opinion the only thing the Pro SS is better at is having more power. Nothing else about the bike is any higher quality parts wise.
You cannot add this large, but you can get much better tires than the stock ones that do work on the stock wheels. Check these out:tbelectricmoto.com/products/tusk-ground-wire-e-motorcycle-tire

We tried the Warp 9 peg bracket and it didn’t fit. Maybe a stock one does but there’s no reason to upgrade to a stock Surron one. And you’ve actually tried fitting a Motor and Controller? Surron wheels fit just fine rear spacing. That’s whats on our bike in this video.

Yo stoked to see you guys are in SLC also! I'm thinking about getting this or one of these electric bikes and making it street legal. Do you guys have any experience making these bikes street legal? Is it worth it to have a single bike that can do both??
Did you guys find a fix for the rattling on the chain side of the crankshaft? Mine has been rattling since out the box. Tighten or loosen, I get the same results.
With this set up the rear wheel wasn’t rubbing the chain ?? I’m looking and my bike, and the chain looks kind of close to the stock wheel . My stock rear wheel is bald and want this set up ! Wondering if I need a spacer somewhere.
No it doesn’t, it is close though. Make sure your wheel is strait, adjust your axle blocks to make sure. You should have plenty of room with a stock wheel/tire
Your brake pads are contaminated, id youtube a video on how to clean contaminated bike brake pads. You need to pull the brake pads out of the caliper and sand them down a little so they can start fresh and then you clean your brake rotors with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel. Once you do that you'll need to bed in your brake pads again. Look up a video for that.
Any idea if subframe is the same as Surron? I wanna see if the stunt bar from @standupindustry will fit on my Eride when I get it! Thanks for a very informative and well edited video! 🤙
Looking at my bike I think it should fit, but I don’t have a surron to compare to it. I wouldn’t want to ride any trails with those installed though. They look perfectly positioned to destroy the back of your knees if you bail! Personally I’d try to make my own using round rubber passenger pegs that fold up and back so they won’t catch on a fence/tree/bodypart. There’re a million cheap options and you can fab it from Al or steel stock with just a drill and angle grinder if you don’t have access to a welder. You probably have a different riding style/terrain preference than me so it’s your call. The idea of that slamming through the soft side of my knee just makes me nauseous lol.

No that alone wont make any difference really. Also what do you mean by a supercharge motor? Is there a specific model your talking about? In order to make the bike a lot faster you would need to upgrade the battery, controller and motor.
Hey guys! I live here in Payson! I have this bike ordered and I want to order the same rim set (18-21) as you have on here but I’m a bit confused. Did you do the builder with tires mounted through the rim builder? I love those tires you have and I want to make sure I get the same ones but your links are confusing me on which to do. And the rim builder would not let me do 18/21. Only 19/21. What am I doing wrong?

Hey man you’ll do Surron LightBee wheels! Email us @talariaboys@gmail.com with questions
Thank you for this super informative video and recommendations! I took your advise and ordered pegs and bars from Warp 9 Racing for my new E Ride Pro SS. However, they do not sell grips. Please let me know some specific grips that you recommend and also where to find them online!
Protaper pillow top grips is what you want! Lots of sellers online
That purple is nice 👍
Im planning on getting this bike but im kinda nervous because its a new company and im worried about the build quality and the replacement parts if anything breaks
I’d get it man! They have been working great and the company is growing really fast with a lot of reputable dealers working with them so parts shouldn’t be an issue
@@Talariaboys ok thanks bro i appreciate ur help
So no modification is needed for a fatter wheel and tire? The stock tire on my bike looks pretty close to the chain already…
Nope, the upgraded wheels come dished to the side to fit a larger tire though
Out of the box , which one would you recommend? Pro SS talaria sting r mx4 Or the surron?
Out of the box I recommend the pro SS
Thanks
I have a jangle in the front part of my handle bars and can’t figure out what the sound is. You can’t hear it until I start to go faster. Do you know what that sound is?
Shoot, I’m not sure what that could be
All good if anything I’ll just take it apart and tighten everything to see if it’ll go away. Thank you!
gonna be hard to get all that street legal in germany lol, but i'll try my best as soon its available, wish me luck
Would we be able to put pedal kit on ??
I wonder when the SR is coming out....I know they wanted a version to compete with the Dragon.
We don’t know when it will come out🤷 hopefully soon!
Can you put pedals on it? I want to use it in Mexico but the law over there states that ANY motor vehicle needs to be registered unless it has some type of pedal (for pedaling)
That that we know of, You can do a pedal version of the Talaria XXX though!
I’d recommend watching this video if you’re struggling. It is the assembly of a talaria mx4 but a lot of the same principles apply.

hey just got my pro ss and i have the same issue with the chain making that sound, sounds like its coming from the motor area. you spoke about the issue but didnt really show a fix. can you help me out because i cant find a solution anywhere. thank TB.
Remove your rear chain guard plastic by the rear sprocket
I'm looking into getting an ebike/emoto but I'm about 300 pounds. Do you think this bike would hold up to my size with durability & speed? Thanks in advance.
For your weight I would actually really consider getting the Talaria Sting R over the E-Ride, the Talaria frame absolutely feels stiffer and more supportive for heavier riders, as does the suspension. You can feel that the E-ride has more flex when riding it.
@@Talariaboys For sure I appreciate the feedback I'll check it out🤙🏻
Hey Talaria Boys, super video.
You guys are the best. Thanks for this response. Very helpful.@@Talariaboys
Can I add the fat tires on the stock rims
You cannot add this large, but you can get much better tires than the stock ones that do work on the stock wheels. Check these out:tbelectricmoto.com/products/tusk-ground-wire-e-motorcycle-tire
What yall think about milk racing?
They seem like good quality. We only use warp 9 wheels
How’s the build quality has it been holding up well
It’s holding up really well! We are trying to push it to 1000 miles as fast as we can
Great video, surron Foot peg bracket fits plug and play, throttle, motor, controller mounting points fits surron controller, I was trying to fit surron wheels but no luck
Yours are from surron or talaria i mean only back wheel?
We tried the Warp 9 peg bracket and it didn’t fit. Maybe a stock one does but there’s no reason to upgrade to a stock Surron one. And you’ve actually tried fitting a Motor and Controller? Surron wheels fit just fine rear spacing. That’s whats on our bike in this video.
@@Talariaboys I’ve bent my foot peg bracket, fitted surron one fits plug and play, Eride Mentioned me that motor will fit, controller mounting points are same like on surron controller, I have a demo model for sale first batch of bikes should arrive in March i want to put everything from my surron to pro ss it feels better then surron bigger for sure, I was trying to fit back wheel from my surron and it didn’t fit there was like 20mm space left
Can you link the Pro Tape grips you used.
tbelectricmoto.com/products/upgraded-handle-bar-grips?_pos=1&_sid=fec0d861a&_ss=r
They are out of stock for the Handlebar Stem Direct Mount
It will be back in stock in a week or 2.
Yo stoked to see you guys are in SLC also! I'm thinking about getting this or one of these electric bikes and making it street legal. Do you guys have any experience making these bikes street legal? Is it worth it to have a single bike that can do both??
Does it come with a peg brace stock?
The 1.0 doesn’t and I’m not sure if the 2.0 has one
How do u make an account? Charge your cc first? Do they ship to canada and have a pedal kit?
Where did you get the colored wheels from?
Warp 9
How much would the total of every upgrade be?
Check TBElectricmoto.com to see pricing on everything
Any good seats?
Is this a 2.0 or the original E-ride Pro SS?
Original, we have a review of the 2.0 coming as soon as we get one
Did you guys find a fix for the rattling on the chain side of the crankshaft? Mine has been rattling since out the box. Tighten or loosen, I get the same results.
Your back tire is the problem you prolly have to lube it and also your chain
With this set up the rear wheel wasn’t rubbing the chain ?? I’m looking and my bike, and the chain looks kind of close to the stock wheel . My stock rear wheel is bald and want this set up ! Wondering if I need a spacer somewhere.
No it doesn’t, it is close though.
Make sure your wheel is strait, adjust your axle blocks to make sure. You should have plenty of room with a stock wheel/tire
Thanks I’m going to order that warp 9 wheel set now ! aloha talaria boys😎🤙
Sick bike.
Thanks
My Rear Brakes Squeal like a banshee. Would just replacing pads fix that you think or what would you recommend changing?
Your brake pads are contaminated, id youtube a video on how to clean contaminated bike brake pads. You need to pull the brake pads out of the caliper and sand them down a little so they can start fresh and then you clean your brake rotors with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel. Once you do that you'll need to bed in your brake pads again. Look up a video for that.
Are you guys going to be doing videos about the pro s?
Not sure yet
So that leads me to believe that the bike to get is the 79 bike for upgrades because of the 8000 watt motor that is advertised to take on the wheather
That Sotion motor in the Falcon is an amazing motor!
Do you have to get new wheels for upgrade to the 21”/18” set or can you rock that on the stock wheels
Yes if you are changing tire sizes you must change wheel sizes too
Any idea if subframe is the same as Surron? I wanna see if the stunt bar from @standupindustry will fit on my Eride when I get it! Thanks for a very informative and well edited video! 🤙
Sub frame is not the same but probably not a whole lot different, hard to say though
First and foremost…I love your videos. My 16 yr old has me watching you constantly. Now… down to business. Are you willing to build an e-ride pro ss for my son, with all the bells and whistles that you feel it should have? He is 6’ 3 and weighs 213 pounds. I want you to send me a budget and get as creative with it as you want,(money is NOT an issue), and if you decide to take this project on I WILL send the funds before you begin. His birthday is on August 13th and his fave colors are burgundy and black. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hey man we would be glad to help! Could you shoot us an email support@tbelectricmoto.com explaining what you might want done. And let us know where your located.
We can definitely work something out
Thanks my brother
I went on the site but couldn’t find the purple option for rims? Was this specific for your video or something? Thank u!
They are on there, not sure how you missed them
So for the new wheels, did you have to get them balance before putting them on?
They come balanced and ready to go, you do need to tighten the spokes as the wheels break in though
So what’s a better built bike? A MX4 or a Pro SS
Mx4 has a lot more upgrades available for now so its better to build!
So what tires did they recommend and are riding? 21 inch in the back or what were they in the back and front?
Dunlop Mx33 90/100/18 rear and Dunlop mx33 or 34 front 80/100/21
Does the 90/100 rear clear the chain?
still wondering if they came out with a peg extender for the eridepro SS. thanks
They haven’t
appreciate the reply! love your guys videos. keep it up!
@@Talariaboys
Did you find out about the Luna float seat?
Luna seat doesn’t fit sadly.
You think you can add a supercharge motor to the pro ss to gain more mph?
No that alone wont make any difference really. Also what do you mean by a supercharge motor? Is there a specific model your talking about? In order to make the bike a lot faster you would need to upgrade the battery, controller and motor.
Hey guys! I live here in Payson! I have this bike ordered and I want to order the same rim set (18-21) as you have on here but I’m a bit confused. Did you do the builder with tires mounted through the rim builder? I love those tires you have and I want to make sure I get the same ones but your links are confusing me on which to do. And the rim builder would not let me do 18/21. Only 19/21. What am I doing wrong?
did you get it figured out?
I decided to wait on the wheel set. I’m struggling still to find a meaty rear tire that is wide for the stock 19” rim. Right now it just has a Dunlop 45 front tire on both front and rear. Your Moab video was sick. I want to go so bad. 😂
What kind of street tires do you recommend to replace the stock tires on the e ride pro ss 19 front and rear, please and thank you!!! Been searching for weeks online cant find anything
If you want a good all round tire for mostly street but can also work on dirt roads and light trail riding I’d run the Shinko 241 19x2.75 trials tires
Looks sweet. No peg brace? I'd like to see more vids on it.
Is the 79 video coming soon?
They already did one on the 79 bike
We are waiting for a 2nd 79 bike that is shipping to us and will be doing a video unboxing it and then doing the same as this video with upgrades that have already been installed. It’s taking a long time to get to us. Then a range test
@chriscall3425 you are correct, I forgot I already watched it. I'm getting old I reckon lol.
@@Talariaboyscool. The aftermarket parts stuff is what I'm wondering about with the 79. Looking forward to the next video on it.
Did you ever try to feed? A surron engine ??
man i really want to test ride that bike .....
Its a blast!
Ah, y'all read my mind.
Question: What about graphics? Who makes a black multicam graphics set for the Pro SS (or Surron/Talaria)?
I’m not sure but check out Sticker FX Graphics if you haven’t already
I spoke to the folks at ECDwraps and they are currently test fitting the templates for the pro ss. Shouldn't be too long now.
