I've been surprized and impressed with the print quality from this machine. Very reliable performance and packed with all the features you'd expect from a high end printer at a very affordable cost....

CharlesD FPV I use very dense supports 🤷🏼♂️
That time lapse is fantastic! I just got the X1 yesterday.
Awesome! one of my favorite printers of this year!
awesome things, great video!
Looks great! The colorful castle.
It’s a dice 🎲 roller for board games!!!
Functional/mechanical builds are the best (in my opinion of course)
@Lincoln Johnston Indeed, the epitome of engineering prowess
Not sure why but I really like the background music. Soothing. Also great prints!
I’d love to see links to the filaments you use for each model. They are gorgeous!
Same
Probally PLA or petg
@@alexandersmestad9130 ok, but which one? there is hundred brands of PLA and PETG.
@@mike07gamingdk43 i know, thé original comment was from someone who want to know wich filament this guy use for each model, Alexander said : "probably PLA or PETG" 🤣 of course, but there ils thousands of PLA and PETG, his comment was just totaly useless, thats why i said " which one".
The best (for me) are from 3D printing Canada, arianeplast, prusa and filimprimante 3D, i have some from Amazon, but they have a lot of sh*t, it's hard to find a good brend on theyre site.
Sorry if there ils a lot of mistakes but my phone don't want me to write in english (i'm french) he Always try to change the words i write👿
theyre all some form of silk PLA or PETG, thats how they get their shiny look
I love your timelapse's videos! New subscriber here!❤️
@ 3:41 echoing inside the entrance: "fly you fools!" Crying loud voice *NOOOOOOOO*
Didn't know you had a youtube channel. Just posted my rainbow dicetower on insta this morning and got this recommendation here. Super nice prints.
what is the silver filament you use called? it looks beautiful.
Firebugplays the silk type
At the beginning of the video,I love the head model
i also use a glass bed but have sticking issues... so i use paper tape on it... do you use hairspray or gluestick? or what is the secret? what kind of a glass is that?
This technology has sooooo much potential
So good
These are awesome and so satisfying! By the way, how much filament have you used for the tower? At 3:07
Awesome models
What are your print settings for each model and what slicer are you using please...
DOPE!
Is it going back to the 0 position by printing one layer. Then trigger to take a photo??
Yes I think he does it with an external trigger that gets triggered by the print head everytime it reaches 0 position
you do the best time lapses.
What filament he’s used for make this beautiful color prints?? Red green yellow etc , 😍
Mesmerizing
Where did you get the Artillery X1 Octolapse printer profile from? Or did you set this up yourself?
Hey what’s the camera and mount rig you use for most of your vids?
Dear Sir, thanks a lot for your graet review.
we had a ton of fun using this printer, cant wait for the next one ;)
Awesome, what camera do you use to capture stills for timelapse?
What printer do you use? Whatever you use is really good
this was on the artillery sidewinder X1! great machine
Wow...I’m tripping to this
LSD, DMT, or mushrooms? Maybe DXM
hello, nice timelapse, i have a sidewinder X1 too . What did you do to the bed, it look like a glass. i have problems with warping.
Do you mind sharing your print settings or is that a trade secret?
Hi it does not have a link for the stencil. Can you please put a link. Thanks.
Is this non planar printing? Or what nozzle diameter are you using? 3:40 looks really good on the curves, not seeing a staircase effect
i use a .4mm nozzle at .15mm layer height for most of these! ;)
Mate please what settings you use for the supports to come off so easily?
Maybe these Printers will be this fast one day, without any speed up. Pure Magic.
I hope so! 😉
Nice
Architecturally they are well designed
Hi
Thats look realy good.
I use it to but i have many problems with octolapse.
can you send me some screenshoots for the configuration ?
Thanks
The best thing here is how easy those supports are coming off
Every time I get a notification for Wildrose Builds I can't click fast enough! Your vids just blow my mind. 🤯🤯🤯 I wish you would list the filaments you use for the models because every one is gorgeous. ❤️
ah yes will add, thanks for the kind words!
WildRose Builds They're not kind words they're true! 😁😁 Oh I hope you do add the filaments. My birthday is in two weeks and I always ask for cash from my kids. Have to feed my filament addiction. 😂🤣🤪🥰😜
how do you create gradient color prints? do you use the Mosaic Palette 2S?
This person has one of the nicest fan bases I've seen in a while! Nice to see some positivity :)
well it's kinda hard to throw hate at 3D printing time lapses, or at 3D printing in general, so it naturally brings out the nicest of people
@@garfinator1 well it seems like nowadays people hate on anything
🥰
@@sickofmars If he gets his first UA-cam controversy I would be amazed.
"WildRoseBuilds was talking smack about the Prusa I3!!! Let's get him!!! 🤯🤯🤯"
i like how it also unsharpened the pencil 😁
I'm jealous and i want one really badly
Hola amigo como se realizan esos timelapse, tengo la X1 también
Muy buen trabajo
Can you make a tutorial on how to makes these time lapses please.
You can film the video and when you edit it u make the speed fast in the editing section
I love my Sidewinder X1. It is a very good printer. I sure wished you had the filament names and brands listed with the models. I would really like to know what that Frozen castle was printed in. Love your Channel
yeah i loved my time with the X1, i used 3djake satin blue ecopla for that one!
Cool
Awesome video as always. How do you put more than one perimeter in vase mode?
I usually don’t use vase mode, if I print a vase it’s zero infill no top layers
Increase your shell thickness to twice your nozzle size for 2 walls, three times for 3 walls, etc
So I know this can make 3D molds, but can this machine make silicone molds that I can actually put resin in to make a resin pieces?
2:18 ese me gustó cómo para un Hamster
si exacto porque todo hablan ingles
Me no ablo taco
@@Liz-vz8pr neither do i speak school shooting
Which slicer you use my supports are to strong it takes hours to make it
What are your settings please, I have a glass bed but the filament does not hang. Thanks in advance
I'd like to know hat glue you are using to join the printed parts?
starbond adhesives super glue!
How does it print like that?
What are the filaments that you used?
should be listed in the description but mostly 3djake glitter pla and geeetech or stronghero rainbow PLA
What program you using for the 3d modeling? Does it come with the printer when you buy it or is it a 3rd party program? I've been using shapr3d but I want to get more detail in my designs
i use fusion 360 and meshmixer! both have free plans and i'd highly recommend them!
Why do time lapses never seem to capture the 3D printing nozzle moving? (Like right to left; back and forth I mean)
i use something called octolapse which parks the print head each layer for the timelapse shot!
Hi. Did you use Cura slicer? If yes, can you send me screenshot of support settings? My supports are always "glued" to print :(
Hey RobiS,
Have you tried to lower the print temperature? If you are printing too hot, it is possible that the supports fuse with the model sometimes.
I hope this was helpful for you.
Would you say the biggest improvement to the quality of your prints were the settings or the build/printer/hotend?
Hey Brandon! I would say both, assuring your machine moves all axis smoothly and that your extrusion rate is set properly. those're the main things i recommend for print quality. also lower speeds don't hurt. good luck happy printing!
Is there a video you would recommend for tuning the flow rate? I've seen a few but not all are the same.
Brandon Gallacher some people recommend changing it on the machine itself via steps per mm on the extruder driver, but you can change it in your slicer on the fly. I would recommend just printing a stepped cube model and judging the extrusion rate from the top surface. The simplify 3d website has a pretty good guide with pictures to help! Let me know if you need any suggestions or starting points for your machine!
I like the idea of the stepped cube. The only problem is I don't think I can't change anything like that except for the flow percentage on the CR10. The menu is just way limited, it's like my only option is to do it in the slicer.
Which support settings do you use?
Hi, which printer would you recommend? The Sovol sv01, the Sidewinder x1 or the monoprice mp10. So which is the best of this three?
I have the monoprice MP10, if it's your first 3D printer you'll learn a lot because it needs some tinkering but if you don't mind it go ahead it's a great printer
Hey WildRose Builds,
I am considering buying the Sidewinder X1 and it looks very promising. One factor in particular I am interested in is noise. Is it really as quiet as they advertise it?
It is quiet but has z banding problem
hey absolutely amazing print on the x1 .
what slicer program did you use ? maybe you can share your x1 profile ?
i use the default profile in simplify3d!
WildRoseBuilds What do you mean by the default profile? Default profile for the sidewinder or default profile for PLA?
@@zanegriggs5166 I mean the default profile
How did you get this effect?so cool
What kind of printer do you have?
Wich printer do you USE?
Do you have a thingiverse link for the punisher flashlight mod?
Hey! Where is the airplane!😅
What layer height do you print most of your prints at?
.2mm FTW!
Hi. Where you buy the filaments??
what kind of glue do you use?
What brand/type of plastic are you using at 3:30
3d jake satin blue i believe
i really want to know the slicer setting 😅
Same
4:32 thats dope af
how did you take these shots? raspberry pie?
yep octoprint and octolapse plugin!
WildRoseBuilds where did you get that print? I didn’t see it in the description
Wow, those are some good octolapses. Just one thing that constantly bothers me- why so much infill? The prints would look just as beautiful if you didn't use as much infill
yeah i overdo the infil alot :(
@@WildRoseBuilds Lol, thats fine. it does look cool in the timelapses though :)
how i make this on mine????
Whats the filament you used for the head? link please
That was amz3d white pla+
WildRoseBuilds what cheap 3D printer under £250 would ups u reccomend
Where’d the extruder go
this is again an awesome video. Thank you ❤️
thank you! glad you enjoyed!
Hi, where do i get the stl of the robot? 5:17
Artillery sidewinder X 1 is a really good printer
Top as always !
Thanks Alex! :)
Hi, in which filament was the blue robot printed?
3djake speckle blue eco pla!
@@WildRoseBuilds thx , that blue is soo beautiful
How do you make the degree?
Awesome time lapses. I ll try to create some myself for the tube. My boy Wildrose is the benchmark
He really made all that with the Sidewinder 3d printer? That printer costs less than I thought it would!
one of my favorite printers!
AWESOME
Great job
Very good job !!
Continue please and thank you for this video
I like this !!
Thank you! Glad you liked!
It's amazing ! Can i ask you on one question please ? how to use webcam and have you ever used logitech c920?
C920 should work fine with octopi
How long did each print take?
between 4 and 8 hours on average!
1:15 how do you make those super easy break away supports
Rossco Rides he does. I clicks a button and the software does it for him. You can select how much support material you want.
@@Andrew260RS yeah I get supports in Matter Control or Cura even try make them bigger or small for easy removal but still hard to remove some times
Hola esta genial tu canal ! puedo poner este video en instagram y te etiqueto ? tengo la misma impresora y me interesa este material. gracias !
I'm new to 3D printing so why does it look like the nozzle isn't even touching the bed? Is it really not touching? Or is it due to because of how fast the videos playing?
Probably using octoprint for the timelapse. Moves head away for each shot
@@pmflav oh..
How is this kind of camera technique realized?
What is the name of the 3D Printer that you juse
Artillary sidewinder x1 in this video
Holy crap what filament is the frozen castle made from
3d jake satin blue ecopla ;)
A thank ye kindleh
Great video as always, the interesting thing would be to show how you make them. 👍👍
I would like to know how this is done, I currently use octopi with octolapse and my lapses do not look as clean as these.
Everytime a pleasure!
Thankyou!! Glad you enjoy these videos! :)
what slicer do you use? can you share your profile?
