    • @91DevilDriver91
      @91DevilDriver91 5 років тому +2

      Hey RobiS,
      Have you tried to lower the print temperature? If you are printing too hot, it is possible that the supports fuse with the model sometimes.
      I hope this was helpful for you.

  • @brandong.8494
    @brandong.8494 4 роки тому +1

    Would you say the biggest improvement to the quality of your prints were the settings or the build/printer/hotend?

    • @WildRoseBuilds
      @WildRoseBuilds  4 роки тому +1

      Hey Brandon! I would say both, assuring your machine moves all axis smoothly and that your extrusion rate is set properly. those're the main things i recommend for print quality. also lower speeds don't hurt. good luck happy printing!

    • @brandong.8494
      @brandong.8494 4 роки тому +1

      Is there a video you would recommend for tuning the flow rate? I've seen a few but not all are the same.

    • @WildRoseBuilds
      @WildRoseBuilds  4 роки тому +1

      Brandon Gallacher some people recommend changing it on the machine itself via steps per mm on the extruder driver, but you can change it in your slicer on the fly. I would recommend just printing a stepped cube model and judging the extrusion rate from the top surface. The simplify 3d website has a pretty good guide with pictures to help! Let me know if you need any suggestions or starting points for your machine!

    • @brandong.8494
      @brandong.8494 4 роки тому

      I like the idea of the stepped cube. The only problem is I don't think I can't change anything like that except for the flow percentage on the CR10. The menu is just way limited, it's like my only option is to do it in the slicer.
