Absolutely XD And if Ladybug and Cat Noir had done nothing, Hawk Moth would've been forced to undo the damage himself, since he would have to assume they were transformed and their miraculouses were lost. And since Reflekta didn't do any real damage or hurt anyone, it would've been fine. It's honestly such a terrible concept I can't believe it was green-lit.
Honestly in future seasons, Reflekta can turn people into her but those people are under her control making them act just like her and keep transforming other people

One thing I think is kind of weird is that, Juleka clearly didn’t have a speech impediment in this episode, or in the first seasons. She was just quiet. I don’t know why they randomly decided to add that later on.
Bruh, when they suddenly gave her a speech impediment I was so confused, like it was so random. I knew she was quiet and soft spoken but when she suddenly started mumbling and being incoherent in later seasons it was so confusing

@@officialmiraculoussins Nah don’t worry about being lost, pretty sure everyone who watches this series is. But yeah, they did add a speech impediment in later seasons, and it is mainly brought up in season 5, but she starts mumbling season 3-4 I believe.

Reusing voice lines isn’t uncommon but they should’ve used different laughs in between 😂😂😂
Why was everyone freaking out from Reflekta? Reflekta was only changing your looks, its not really a huge deal so.. Why was everyone scared? Reflekta already lost the chance of getting the Black Cat miraculous too.. So even if got Ladybugs, Hawk Moth would need to akumatse someone after Reflekta to get Cat Noir's miraculous. So, I could say she was a lost cause from the time when she transformed Cat Noir. Why did Hawk Moth gave her the ability to change their looks fully, removing everything if he wanted to seize the Miraculous?.. This is confusing.
You are absolutely correct! The very foundation of this episode is rotten to the core. Ladybug and Cat Noir literally didn't even have to do anything because she wasn't hurting anyone XD They could've just ignored the situation and Hawk Moth would've had to have assumed they were turned into Reflektas and undo the akumatization himself. I cannot even fathom how anyone thought this was a good idea.

I've pointed this out during the stream but it's pretty surreal that Juleka gets akumatized just as much as Chloe and in practically every season
I knew the sins counter would make it to the millions mark but didn't expect it so soon especially while still in season 1
I completely forgot that she gets reakumatized 😭 And I also didn't expect it, but it had to be done.
And yet they seem to reuse her over and over again. They never learn.

I was fine with Reflekta being used once in season 1, considering it was early and characters do make stupid mistakes.
But still I question Gabriel’s logic in reusing Reflekta 5 more times. Like she literally have nothing useful to add. All she has is more than the average human strength and the ability to turn someone to look exactly like her. Which is stupid, considering the fact this would destroy the miraculous the one thing Gabriel need. But also the fact there could just be an army of angry people fighting back.
Exactly! Her power is so flawed. It doesn't give her any advantage, doesn't make sense for her motivation, and destroys the one thing Hawk Moth wants. She's completely useless! If Ladybug and Cat Noir had done nothing, Hawk Moth would've had to assume that Reflekta turned them into Reflektas as well (thus destroying their Miraculouses), and he would've been forced fixed everything himself anyway. It's absolutely bonkers why they thought they she was a good idea in the first place, let alone reusing her!

It's sad how this was the best season for many people like me, but even this was just average.
Well, I think the first season, while immensely flawed, has its own charm. It wasn't trying to be a deep story or weave a plot that would stretch out for several seasons. It was just good, silly fun. Which I personally really enjoy over how hard they try to shove lore into the latest seasons.
It's sad that Juleka always got jinxed in class photos. But it's good that the jinx was broken at the end of the episode.

I sort of get how Hawk Moth thought this power could help defeat Ladybug and Cat Noir. If Reflekta can disable their powers by transforming them, then she limits their ability to fight back. But if she has to overpower them before transforming them in order to steal their Miraculous, how was she supposed to do that when her only ability is to transform people?
Is it Hawk Moth or the writers who didn't think this plan through?

How Reflekta's design came out so different and almost unrelated to Juleka I dont know. Like, i get that they might be playing into how juleka might hate her reflection and so made the character repulsive but I can only think of one reason:

Tbh I would want to get hit by that blast just to get the outfit. ( but really couldnt they give her just a normal blast that hurts. Or idk give her REFLECTION abilities like reflect attacks or reflect the sunlight for a powerful blast. That would make the fight in the dark more sense since there is no sunlight she can use then.)

One thing to fix Reflekta's power is that if you get hit by her beam the only person you can see is her making everyone else invisible for the eye.
It could be a great power for playing mind games. A bit of irony could also be that her powers works best when she hides herself.
POV: Imagine being Cat Noir in this situation. He can hear Ladybug but can't see her making Teamwork or using his powers way harder because he can't see any person in his way. He could bump into "Invisible walls" that are people.
Or Chloe couldn't even see her own reflection in the mirror.
That would be pretty interesting powers in my opinion.

If I remade Reflekta, her power would low-key work similar to SCP 1471. It would infect people's minds like a virus, if you're affected you hallucinate her everywhere, watching and tormenting you, even in your own reflection (to keep her name relevant). Affected would be slowly going crazy, like imagine Chat Noir coming to the scene to see Nathaniel with scattered around papers, paranoically sketching Reflekta's likeness over and over.

But i like her in this dress like i think it's Juleka would never as we've never seen her heels nor wear this colour or have her hair styled like that

I hate how in mlb the villians have so many chances to take ladybug and catnoirs miraculouses, but then they do it so slowly. And then they are defeated.
I also hate how both superheros get a chance to defeat the villian, but instead they either run away, or just watch.

I'm sure he could figure it out, and he is capable of cataclysming akumas if I remember correctly. (That might've been a fanfiction, now that I think about it XD) At the very least, he could have disarmed Reflekta or kept her distracted instead of turning his back on her.
