To be fair in season 5 he did actually have a good reason to get akumatized his sister was gone and he wanted her back I'm still incredibly mad at Gabriel for not using the rabbit miraculous to save his wife I'm also outraged at the fact that he managed to lose it but he somehow managed to keep all the other miraculous I swear stealing the miraculous is the only real accomplishment that Gabriel has in the show but we could also give him the worst parent of the Year award

This episode is one of the best examples how wrong translation can affect your experience, because in the dub in my first language Hawk Moth apparently knows that Mari is ladybug and just doesn't care, or at least that's how it can be understood - when Nat is preparing the date he says I just want Mari to love me or sth like that and in my language Hawk answers And I want her miraculous. So see? It took everyone else 6 seasons for Hawk to know her identity, but polish did it in 7 episodes. Bravo. (still super confusing for a kid who actually paid attention to those nuances. Gravity Falls for example was an absolute horror in polish) Buuut akumatized Nathaniel is one of the best looking "villains" and I would absolutely help him get Paris free of Chloe and everyone who thinks otherwise is wrong
