Presenting another homemade recipe - thick and creamy yoghurt 😋😋
- Milk and yoghurt sets more quickly in 8-9 hours during summer and takes more time in winter.
- The longer the yoghurt is left out , the stronger the flavour.
- Adding the yoghurt to the milk when it's too hot will kill the good bacteria in the previous batch of yoghurt.
- Chill the yoghurt and it will thicken further. It can be kept in the fridge for a week in an airtight container😊😊♥️
