Спасибо, посмотрела с интересом, даже сама не ожидала, что так затянет. А вообще - это адский труд - целыми днями ворочать горы продуктов и горы посуды. А потом чистить ее, чтобы на следующий день все блестело. Уважение к такому труду!!!

I have only started watching this video but I already appreciate how cleanly the leftover eggs are scraped off that griddle. That's both a nicely seasoned griddle and strong personal experience at work there.
That's the first time I've seen that done he made sure he got to even cook on all those eggs otherwise they would have a burnt taste which is very unpleasant

I'm so impressed with how the Japanese feed their people with street food it's clean and tasty and abundant and inexpensive but nutritious and healthy.
Also They lookout for not over eating or consuming extra than needed. This is necessary for a healthy tummy
And everything is made fresh From scratch don't use unnecessary spice and extra Stuffs

Looks really good, the sound of sizzling and the steam all makes it look and sound good. Never seen anyone cook that much all at once time. I have trouble just using a house pan and fixing 2 or 3 eggs.

Though I've just eaten my a large dinner a few hours ago, my mouth is now inundated w/ the surge of my saliva, & it is flowing down into my stomach like that of the Niagara Falls.
