    Are people entitled to information on the grievance as ex) “what is the union bringing in my defense” “was protected activity used in my defense” should questions like those be answered are they obligated to provide those answers as they may be critical for someone to have informed decision making to be provided informed consent?

      The grievant is entitled to copies of any grievance (including the filings at each stage if your grievance advances beyond the first step). Also, answers from management must be provided by the union to grievants upon request.

    My comments aren’t against you people you seem great and like people working for these things. However GM local 1853 leadership is corrupt and does the opposite of all this, it’s a management dominated shop.
