My neighbor saw Joe last year in Detroit and was very disappointed. This is the Joe that tore it up! This CD was my intro to Joe Bonamassa. And still my favorite.
He has gotten extremely boring over the years. A master at the guitar, but this era of Joe was the best. His ticket prices have skyrocketed (and I don’t mind paying for shows) But you just don’t get your money’s worth from a Joe show anymore. The average age of the crowd is like 65 and they all just sit like bumps on a log. Soooo boring nowadays.
OH, I forgot to say JB is one of the best guitarists on this planet, goes without saying, but had to come back and get this in just in case he sees this, can't leave him out, but this bass guy is one of the best I've ever heard in R&R. Damn!
Got to see Joe in 2,006 at the Marz Theatre in Wilmington, N.C. for $12 bucks! There was maybe 20 people there. He played his ass off for 2-1/2 hours like nobody else. We got go hang with him after the concert and he recommended this dvd. I bought it he signed it and they left in thier old Greyhound bus. Totally cool.
This was the best Joe Bonamassa line ups by far. The passion and fire with Eric Czar on bass was at a whole other level than what Joe has even done since. I miss Eric!
Joe~Eric~Kenny~ As wicked-good as any three-piece band these ears have ever heard~Joe is beyond compare, IMO, period~Eric on bass, filth, the man is one of the best I've ever heard pluck/play, hammer a bass, and Kenny on drums, well, all ya gotta do is watch and listen, and Joe, Joe isn't gonna have anyone poundin' them skins with him that can't hang~three extremely talented individuals right here~Hotter'n Hell~IMO~Peace to any and all who may read this, God bless, hope you're well and with someone you love, today, tomorrow and on down the line~ 9-24-20-twenty~
I was lucky enough to see him in Edinburgh a couple of years ago and he was brilliant. He talked to the audience when he needed to. what he didn't do was give a running commentary to each song. Musically, he had us eating out of his hand and at well over 2 hours, great value. It was a terrific gig and justified my decision to buy virtually everything he has recorded.
He's the best at every genre of music that plays a guitar and sings. No-one better. Ps He has a guitar for every day of the year. Possibly more. Genius. Long live jb.
You made a good move with over 20 studio albums and countless videos. Your gonna enjoy. He's amazing. I have a rare recording from Japan. Only 500 copies. I paid £9.99. The final one sold for £145.00. Lucky me.
Right now Clapton can't play at all and probably won't again due to an incurable disease that affects his nervous system, so the answer to "right now" isn't Clapton
i just did. been in a cave under a rock. love this blues guitarist king of kings. ive downloaded all his stuff. he aint never comin to phillipines. been here 4yrs.sein this king jam is my mainliner
@@scoutmanme too!!!!! What planet have i been on???? I feel like the whole world just shifted and a new dimension exposed! Jesus and Joe are all I need!!!! 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
Fully Agree. Saw this show live in Gent Belgium 2008 befor he became world famus . But he had already played America flat by then which is why i knew him.
Love rock and blues since I was a kid. Been to a few concerts and I've watched tons of music videos. But, this performance is the best by far. This trio doesn't need anyone else on stage! Smaller venue, casual dress, and rockin!! If I could go to only one concert in my life, it would be this one. Goosebumps!!!😃

What a great music, what a great show! I'm a German, but my name is not "Herman" - but ich liiiiiebe diese Musik!!! DAILY!!! Now ich need keine "Corona"-Maske mehr...(This was "Denglish")
Can you imagine if Stevie Ray Vaughn was still alive and Joe and Stevie jammed together. Unthinkable talent.
People's heads would explode :)
Faces would melt and my eardrums would refuse to listen to anything else ever again.
Yes un believable
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Burnin' Hell - Don't rank it, just crank it!
Oh hell yeah!!!!!!
Raw. Gritty. Powerful. Sweet. Soft. You've got it all here! You are truly amazing Joe.

You need to move!
Joe was probably exhausted! He truly is “always on the road”…even his mediocre is worth experiencing to me!!!! ❤️🎸❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥
seen this man 4 times now and always amazed at his talent....

Just like Stevie Ray Vaughan, he has that magical connection between his soul and his guitar. The music flows from his body.
he is in the upper greatness level of guitarists
Do Tell!

Dang!!!!! You lucky bastard! 😂😂😂
This was the best Joe Bonamassa line ups by far. The passion and fire with Eric Czar on bass was at a whole other level than what Joe has even done since. I miss Eric!
Where did he go?
I totaly agree Joe at his raw best !
Kenny Fram on drums? I think that was name? I played with these two. Great musicians & funny as hell 🤘🏽🥁🎤🎸

FUCKING CLOSE. I STILL GO WITH CLAPTON, BUT IT'S CLOSE!
Right now Clapton can't play at all and probably won't again due to an incurable disease that affects his nervous system, so the answer to "right now" isn't Clapton

Guitar, bass and drums, awesome sound.
All these people comparing Joe to Clapton, Clapton is (was) a good guitarist, but this guy has more raw talent than Clapton can ever dream of having!
Yeah, Clapton kicked the door open and Joe smashed it right off its hinges!
YEAH , you might tell the story
Stop trippin’ !!!
I agree 100%. I'd rather see Joe, especially this trio!
