- If your like me and occasionally use threaded screw inserts for your projects or that special jig in the workshop, then you definitely need this jig! It's super easy to make out of some off cut scrap timber and helps you install your inserts into whatever material nice and square so your screw in bolts/threads line up neatly and square/90 deg to your material. I’ve seen this method on UA-cam before but they use a spring between the wood and the nuts, you’ve shown the spring isn’t needed so this is the design I will use to make mine. Thank you
