    Enjoyed this film. Have always wanted to see a well shot film set in Polmont, there are stories to be told in every cell

    This is the real polmont if you choose to use the place to your advantage! I walked out qualified bricklayer, pool life guard, first aid, adult basic literature teacher, British weight lifter award. Ie wieght instructor. Bio hazards list go's on been 15 years out cant rember all.
    This isn't about what I done mostly all the troops were! Fuck wee Branigon became a Hollywood star after doing a drama class there.

    Ppl think just bcoz your inside they label you a nobody a lost cause but there's very very bright ppl in the jail who defo need the 1 wee chance to excel

    I unfortunately had to spend a short period on remand due to being kicked out of my house and not having a bail address this was possibly the worst time of my life but inside polmont I Was supported not just by the officers but the boys them selfs I thought I had ruined my life but the boys told me it wasn't that bad as long as you are not acting like an idiot most people will accept you not nearly as bad as people make it out to me since I was realised I have a full time job and my own flat

      M C if you don't have a fixed address and are due to go to court you will be remanded in custody till your case is called

    i took part in this and ths snt a programme to show how eays jailis its to showemployers we are up ready and waiting to go to work " joshua hoy " ths is scotland and not england the judge takiing your freedom away is your punishment its up to staff how much harder they make it and polmont yoi staff are great helpful specialy the oe i dealt wit from monro 1 i.e davy byrne - scotty mcleod & big darren great relationship you goton wt them they left you to your own devices anyways woldlike to say its nce to watch t back i can remember back in 2013 in the link centre all the boys watching the preview unfortunatey i have done many sentences since then and ave st been rekeased 2 weeks ago m=,MARK

    you get it easy in jail firstly u get locked up at 8.45 at night then u have a nice tv ... more things to do through the day i was at norwich adult jail for 5 years and i got told when to piss and shit the screws treat u like a peace of shit we get locked up every night at 4:30 you guys get it easy

      that's the point- they don't want them to feel like criminals because that might make them offend again, they are trying to teach them that what they did was wrong, although that doesn't mean they aren't worthy of a second chance. how you were treated is wrong, and that's what we are trying to change.

    Been in polmont twice it isn't as bad as everyone says first sentence was when I was 16 I'm now 23

      @@leethomson5733 was in there 91-95,good jail tbh,had it’s moments haha. Spent most of my time on West Wing,that was the best wing

      They cover Polmont no bad....i was in when this was filmed, new one of the boys in the video...lad had his heed screwed on.
