No matter how you claim them tip resistant that style of trike is always going to tip easily even if its a recumbent style, and going 20mph on one is just asking for trouble. If you want a really safe trike for this get a tadpole style instead. I've owned all 3 styles over 40 years or so of riding disabled so I can say from personal experience.
