thank you, it's so cool working for a bike brand I've loved for years! It's so natural for me - but LOADS to learn! That's cool, as I'll always want to share what I know. Suggestions always welcome! Thanks for watching!
How about a video on the care of Mondraker thru headset cable routing? Perhaps some tips on keeping the moisture and grit out that area as well as tips on how to clean it when the grim gets in there anyway. Thanks for everything you do!
Good to see you back at it again Doddy. It's always nice that you share some tips and tricks to keep your mountain bike in top condition. Have already learned so much from you. Keep up the good work. I'm very curious to see what kind of videos you will make in the future. Very big fan!
Great to have you back Doddy. I, like many others only tuned into gmbn tech to watch your vids and when you left, so did we. Now we finally have a you back 👍
Like to add on the tyre compounds. That if you live in freezing winter climates soft tyre compounds like maxxis 3c stuff just harden and get brittle. You're better off with the cheaper dual compound tyres. I have the cheap wirebead Conti Cross Kings and they work great in below 0°c conditions.
Great stuff Doddy. 👍 Should I worry about keeping the ebike in shed in minus temperature, was minus 8 the other week and it's a crafty r so battery doesn't remove?
This is awesome! Great to see you doing tech videos again 😊 I've got a question about SRAM AXS derailleur maintenance. Mine is creaking when I move it sideways. What do I do?
Hmmmm, not heard of that. I do have an original GX AXS mech on an older bike - let me have a wiggle and see if I get ideas. My instinct says some lube might work, but I'll have a look!
Cool! Thanks. Mine is an original GX AXS as well. Actually took the derailleur of the bike the other day. It seems as if the pins/pivots in the middle part have come undone. Like some of the four pins are now about 1 or 2 mm too long. Don't know how that happened. Since it's otherwise in quite good condition and didn't experience rock impact or something like that. Anyway, I took it to my LBS who will contact SRAM about it.
I guess just be mindful that it could cause heat build up in the motor from reduced air flow... but depending on climate and how much power you put through it it could be a non-issue.
Doddy please be a sport and ask your friends over in Spain to drop some proper charging port covers. Got Chaser 750 and that floppy piece of rubber is just an abomination.
That's not the plan! New content is important. There is a lot to do with Mondraker - we are always working on many bikes behind the scenes, and once I get in to the rhythm of things, I'll be doing lots of behind the scenes stuff that I have direct access to that others can't get. It's so cool seeing the huge process of bike development. Sure, there will be videos aimed at Mondraker owners and customers, and maintenance videos to suit them - but also all round mountain bikers. We also have a brand new World Cup DH team - so there will be cool stuff from there too!
Words can't describe how much I love this man
Am absolute legend in the mtb maintenance world
Hey! OG GMBN Tech is back in the House 🏠
I watched it just for the OG vibes. As always, thanks Doddy.
Miss this kinda stuff from you Doddy. Love you have a fantastic new platform to share your mojo on.

I love the Crud Catcher XL
Ah, it's like coming home!

Great to see you are still doing videos like this 😊 I already subscribed for more.
Спасибо что делаете такие прекрасные велосипеды, у меня Mondraker foxy r 2006, работает очень хорошо, до сих пор на стоковых комплектующих

I would love to get a tear down workshop video of cleaningreplacing bearings on a crafty.
Great videos Doddy!
I'm sure we can do something!
Thanks!
Just bought my first full suspension bike, a 2008 Mondraker Plunder. 380eur in very good condition :)
Geo Adjust headset installation would be great. Not easy to figure out the orientation of the lower cup.
Thanks great brief

That's a great shout. It's rarely cold enough to feel much of a difference with compound in terms of it firming up. Thanks for commenting!
Sicomtb for the rear. Thank you for that vid.
Solo en cuadro de aluminio. Para los cuadros de carbono?
Great stuff Doddy. 👍

Short term is fine

Watching i video it came to mind.. Why not place moto foam between the motor cover and and the motor? Like it is on the top of my Crafty RR?
I guess just be mindful that it could cause heat build up in the motor from reduced air flow... but depending on climate and how much power you put through it it could be a non-issue.
exactly what Andy said. Air flow. It certainly does take a fair bit of muck in there, but the motor needs to keep cool.
I use an air compressor to dry my bike after washing, it's great at removing water from hard to reach places 👍
Wat uh legend
Oneday GMBN release a new mountain bike
Definitely use freehub oil or liquid grease & not regular grease on freehub pawls/ratchets 😅
Que pena que no este traducido ufff
mondraker trying to compete against gmbn 😅

I’ve just fitted one from a chap that makes a brilliant solution to the rubber flap
@@rognevs5695 any chance of sharing?
@rognevs5695 any chance of sharing? I found some on Etsy but shipping to Poland makes the price simply appalling.
All you have to do is recreate all the videos you made under gmbn for mondraker, nothing new!
