Aior I hate how everyone says "he's a kid" even as kid when you are put in a hard spot you learn your place and what you are supposed to do. After 2 months on the street you would expect (even from a kid) to listen to your brother, it's really not that hard. Daniel is just a brat.

I feel so bad for Sean. He can’t have a moment to be himself or a teen because He has to be a parent at the same time to someone who’s not even his kid. That hit close to home. I hope the teaser for the next episode is him setting out to find Daniel and not like a time skip to when Daniel is older. And it sounds like someone ends up in prison
He kinda brought the parent thing on himself. If he wpuld have went to the police,none of this would have happened but he chose to run away instead of waiting to see. But i guess if he went to the police, there wouldn't be a game.

I did choose to use daniels powers in the end but i d be almost fine to let finn die ...but the ending of that one wasnt good either. I completely dislike that no matter what you do daniel will get angry when you say no to the host and crashes in anyway. Because in the end your choices how you behave around daniel and spent time with him don’t have any effect

This episode is like before the storm - you kinda have choices but they all are on theevel of "you drank all beer/you left some beer for others" and have NO effect on the ending.
This is just a movie where the player doesn't have any influence - you have a beginning and an ending without any choice.
Kind of like the original life is strange, huh? It gives you the illusion that your choices but then when you get to the ending, it doesn't matter because you either erase it all or destroy everything.
This is only one episode fam. Save your complaining for after episode 5 when we know how many endings there are. Not every episode needs tons of unique endings. That would be simply impossible to develop.
Let me sum up this episode-
1.homeless camp
2.work
3.homeless camp
4.some lake shit
5.steal and get caught/only one ending
Idc if the next episode is the one that makes up for the whole series because while I look forward to the rest of this game, this episode was absolutely garbage and barely a video game. Like the most engaging part was the MINIGAME about clipping weed! Really?? Sequels are about improving and exploring new mechanics and so far this game, while it is a very interesting story and unique in its own way, is such a shitty disappointment *of a game*. The first LiS had people to walk around and talk to and explore new dialogue paths, there are collectibles, there were p u z z l e s, there👏were👏things👏to👏explore👏besides👏the👏main👏story. Im sorry but if you think any part of this game is comparable to the first one, I don't see it. This game just isn't Life is Strange, but theres still 2 more episodes I guess...
this is pretty wildly ignorant. the setting the episode wraps in is the same, but your relationships with every person in the room will differ for everyone. as well, a certain character can die here, your actions can prevent joe from arriving, etc. its one story, yes, but with many variables

my theory for episode four is that daniel believes everyone to be dead, takes off, and probably goes to find karen. later, sean wakes up and realizes that daniel has fled, and then proceeds to search for him after checking on finn and cassidy.

@@ScottishScrub The camera cannot turn red. It is possible to avoid detection while still destroying them. You just have to make sure that the light remains green. That's how you get to the safe, assuming of course you didn't alert Big Daddy Joseph.

I actually got that ending by accident.... Though after watching this I was relieved Daniel didn't get shot... But I was sad for Finns death. Honestly they were all hard choices.

Yeah I got the same thing too. I knew if I told Daniel to use the power someone would still get hurt so I told him to stay put. I liked Finn as a buddy but after he agreed to Daniel to steal an armed house... I didn't feel bad when he got killed. Just sad

Just finished the episode and apparently only 10% of players (including myself) did nothing to save Finn. Given how messed up of a choice he made bringing Daniel there I thought that percentage would be so much higher. Time to discuss 😂

Oh Man, I played the whole cassidy-part and say no to the heist, so she comes with me to the house. At the end, when I say yes to the breakin, she is so mad with me and gone, but not get hurt. If I say no again, and it comes to confrontation with the bad guy, she gets hurt by Daniel :(
Im so sad. I use the last, Finn get shot (what an stupid asshole), Daniel freaks out and hurts all. I fear, I will never see Cass again :(

It feels like the more sean tries to protect and be there for Daniel the more he gets hurt, literally I mean he gets punched, attacked, owns up to Daniels mistakes and pays for them, and depending on what happens in the next episode, he might have even lost his eye for Daniel
I'm a huge life is strange fan, even got a tattoo of the time spiral, but Life is Strange 2 isn't as good as the first one. There's a lot of reasons, many things that suck, but anyways let's see the last episode before having an opinion.
I kind of agree with you. It has a lot of new and nice options, more mechanics, making it a technically better game, but story- and characterwise it's worse than the first one. Especially Diva-Daniel is really freaking me out, not really my favorite person.
This is by far the best episode in the game so far.
this game is unlike the Season one where you can go back in time and change the regretted choices 😭

this ending took a really interesting turn for me, i was really drawn in by the missing posters everywhere and was convinced merrill was kidnapping/murdering people that passed through and i really thought that jake or finn would go missing??? i now get the posters were probably there to take a little nod to life is strange 1 but honestly there was one moment where jake walked off on his own and i was like HES GOING TO DIE NO
the writing in this game is amazing and the soundtrack and the links to the atmosphere...... outstanding
The posters are there because that's a real place in the real world where a disproportionate amount of people go missing. Look it up. :p

I always hated Daniel
I don’t think Sean is dead if you see the end teaser it’s say we have room for cop murderers and I don’t think people are gonna think a kid would be a murder as least I don’t
I took that as Daniel growing up to become a vigilante who kills cops for whatever reason he sees fit.
I don't know what to think about Finn though... He looks like a cool dude and all but he has changed Daniel so much... :/ And later he seem to be so selfish. Looking forward to episode 4 and see if they survived or not. Sean has to survive right? Or will it be only about Daniel in episode 4 and 5 do you think? So many questions about it. Such a good game with lots of emotions
Well I can think of 3 options here
1: Finn and Cassidy takes Sean to a hospital, while Daniel tries to find Karen
2: Sean gets blind for one eye, and since Daniel ran off he tries to find him and gets caught
3: Sean is dead, and Daniel looks for Karen, and the police arrests him ( I don't think this will happen tho)

That was only two endings... I wanna know What happens if you don’t alert Big Joe and Sneak in and take the Gun from the vault and then make Daniel use his powers. That seems like the best ending and I need it.
Why make a choice of Sean saying no to the heist when Daniel does the heist anyways we the players and our choices of words influence Daniel so why does he disobey and why are all of the endings in this episode all the same, pisses me off. Like I can understand if our previous wrong and good choices of actions in other episodes somewhat effects how Daniel reacts to our actions in later episodes. But if we as players make good actions throughout the episodes of the game and it comes to this of us denying to steal from Merrill so Daniel Rejects in stealing isn’t that the whole point in the game is the player’s actions and choices influences Daniel to follow in his brother’s footsteps. The creators must have forgotten who they were making the influencer🤦🏾. (Ps) Sean’s haircut is ugly af.

That's not all endings... Finn can die if Daniel's obey Sean in doing nothing. You can also enter by the back door and steal the gun before the boss does, making you the armed one.

So the only real difference in between all these are, if Cass is with u or not when Daniel uses his powers. She gets hurt/killed vs is fine. And if Finn dies vs “only” gets hurt by Daniel. theres always the same pattern. the boys get settled down, daniel does some dumb shit, and they have to leave. why cant he just own up to his mistakes? he wants to be an adult so bad but acts more like a child bc of it.
I saw Jacksepticeye play this, I thought he made bad decisions and that's Y Sean lost his eye, but I guess it happens no matter what
Can people just stop complaining about how "useless" their decisions were? Man this is only episode 3. Maybe these little decisions have an impact on the next upcoming episodes - who knows? Like what do you expect, making coffee for the others will stop Finn from his plan? smh. These little decisions are there to unlock certain dialogues, or to build up a relationship towards the other members. That doesn't mean they are useless. That's not the ending of this game, so how are you even supposed to know if they were "useless"? Remember the last two episodes where you could call Lyla? Any consequences of this didn't appear in this episode at all. Was it therefore useless? - NO ! This episode has to end like this, because it is part of the main story. Please get this in your brains. Oh, and btw, please stop comparing this plot to LIS 1. This is not LIS1, it's LIS2, and is completely different. You can't really compare them. In my opinion people hate about this game because it's simply not LIS1, and that's sad. Like have you noticed how many different endings we have? This video does not even contain every single one of them. The way the developers planned this is just amazing! Every single detail can make a difference. And for those of you who say "Uhh this episode was just boring, camp, homeless, work, filler episode..." - So what? Do we really need action all the time? Is your life always exciting? This game is mf called LIFE IS STRANGE and not LIFE IN ACTION. These calm episodes and moments are the essence of LIS. Eventually, i feel like in episode 4 we will barely have these relaxing moments anymore since we are alone out there, probably looking for Daniel. The real shit is about to start now. Wait until the end of this game and then you are allowed to judge if it was useless - but until then, no fucking way. Thanks.

Daniel is such a little shit, but at this point I kind of get it. Think about it, he’s nine years old and has been through and seen way too much at that age. Everything that he wants is out of his hands, and every decision and rule is made by Sean. He’s a kid, and after going through so much he wants control over something. It doesn’t excuse his actions, but it gives reason to why he’s so stubborn and rebellious. It’s like normal stubborn little kid behavior... but elevated because of the situation he’s in.

If Sean has the same power like his brother, I'll gonna make him tear apart all of Daniel's freakin arms and legs from his own body for carrying him so we can put his torso in to Sean's goddamn backpack.
Isn't anyone surprised how the third truck is missing? That one is the hardest to get to, and it was parked backwards. Finn doesn't know how to start cars, and... shit doesn't get serious. The only way to get into it was using Dan's power, and is we do, it's always loud, which wakes Joe up.
