Your channel is one of the most helpful and informational I have found! Most don’t show how they make their curriculum because they sell it, and I have been spending hours up every night making our curriculum for this year, and watching your channel has been really helpful!
Many thanks for this Julia! Do you have an opinion on the Blossom & Root science curricula? I find RSO a bit heavyweight for the lower elementary age group and have been considering B&R. As there is so few decent secular science curricula I ask where I can what would be recommended as I feel a bit lost… Thanks!
Thank you for watching! Unfortunately, I don't know much about Blossom & Root, although I have heard other people like it. I have fallen back on creating my own unit studies for science for right now. Finding a secular homeschool science curriculum is tricky!
I tend to find so many science textbooks so dry. We started one again this year and still ended up doing our own thing. I need to stop spending my money on curriculum and just do units on what she is interested in. Great video! Thanks for sharing. God bless ❤️
We are in the middle of changing science curriculum again. I keep going back to my unit studies I create. We tried Sassafras Adventures which we like the stories but it’s just not a good fit for us with the log book and such.
Hey! Love your videos. This curriculum looks interesting my boy loves labs so this definitely peeks my interest. We are currently using TGTB science and I add projects throughout. Super random: for your printing what product do you use for the cover. I print my own things but can't seem to find good front and back cover?
Definitely check it out! I used my laminator to make the front and back covers... For my part of the curriculum I used the title page of the digital version of the curriculum, and for my daughter I printed out a coloring page. I also print the fronts and backs on cardstock before laminating them. If you don't have a laminator you could get a pack of colored cardstock and use that. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for sharing! I have heard about Sassafras Adventures, but we haven't tried it ourselves.
