This was great and funny because my son is in 5th and we are using both apologia and generations at the same time on alternating days because my friend gave us apologia and we had started generations last year. Things I don’t like is at least at this age level apologia doesn’t have tests and answer keys etc. but also generations seems almost too easy. But I love the photography in generations and yes I do enjoy that apologia is more in depth! Thanks! I love listening to you because we are reformed also and use almost all the same curriculum as you do.
What apologia did you do alongside 5th grade generations? I'm thinking about doing something similar. 4th grade generations Science was pretty easy for him.
Would you recommend the thumb drive for the apologia middle school sciences or just the apologia high school. Also where do you buy the apologia thumbs drives used that you mentioned? Thanks
Apologia is great but I always find it too much work for myself. Is the high school option more independent for the kid, or are you having to do a lot?
