I don’t think it’s real at all. It’s not attached to the skin, a psoriasis patient would not let the debris become that thick and it doesn’t go down the hair shaft. Finally, I haven’t come across a sufferer that has this yellow-ish color to the supposed skin growth

I think the scalp would definitely benefit from not having it smoothered in whatever wax/egg combination youve spread to fake this. Just as a very minor observation, if this condition was indeed real then the extremely healthy hair growth that doesnt appear to be suffering any sort of issue despite having to "push its way" through these plaques is truly miraculous.
I have zero issue with posting these videos as a means to provide entertainment to those whom enjoy this type of content, especially as nobody is suffering whilst others are entertained. However at least have the decency to say its fake in the description.

Theese flakes remind me of those dehydrated mashed potato flakes with a bit of liquid added! Reminds me of those other fake psoriasis videos with the comments always turned off. Definitely fake. Not only is the stuff fake, this is a wig, which is why you have to hold it still. Every time you move the hair with the comb you can see how the sections of hair move away from the "head" more than they should.
