You can see the shoulders of the person. And, pay attention to how the head moves. This is not fake. I even just looked up Psoriasis Flakes to be sure and tons of the pictures looked like this girls head. One thing I agree on is she needs a better comb and do scratch more and do a little better. I do enjoy this video, though. Just wish she did a little better at the scratching, is all.
I think it is a wig since once they remove the flakes there is no scalp. If you look where the scalp should be it is dark like a cap.

Because you cannot actually see the scalp , it’s on a real person , but no real scalp is showing, it would be red under the flakes

My thing is the times when she brushes upwards it comes off way easier but she keeps combing down for no good reason.

There's a difference between dandruff and psoriasis. My kids dandruff can get thick but not chunky like this. And is painful to comb and scratch off, so going slow is better. We use a vinegar solution to pretreat, helps alot.
