This video looks pretty clearly like it's been faked. Which probably explains why the scratching's so unsatisfactory. Something's been stuck on this person's head to make it appear as if it's dandruff. Looks like some sort of wax or soap to me.
I have never seen so much combing and so little flakes lifted😮😢 it sure would be nice to see one clean scratching down to the scalp.
This looks like cradle cap. No flakes just thick layers of waxy skin.

Same here! I am have anxiety issues! They need to use a metal lice comb and get in there deeper! They need to do a better video that completes the whole head scratching. I am about to boycott them!!!!

I doubt very much it's painful - if, as I believe it is, the whole thing's been faked. I notice there's a lot of these faked dandruff scratching videos around.

This is a mannequin head. Bot my daughter and I have bad dandruff. You use a metal comb. And there are HOLES in the big flakes. That is not how is forms. It concentrates where the hair produces oil. There is typically blood and redness if you pull that hard and plaque like that. I don’t even see a scalp. Or reflexes that the person is in pain. I could be wrong, but as someone who spends 7 hours a week combing real dandruff out of my daughters spiral curled main, I can assure you, that NO one would sit like this without flinching. Also the hair is dry, so the roots should be oily and ashy. This is definitely hair color, so the fact that I see no oil or ash really makes me think this is a mannequin. And the fact that someone nailing stuff in the background. Because no salon actually offers this service. You go to the derm. They hand you a shampoo. And Thats it.

I thought it was just me, but I get so frustrated watching these videos. There is no scratching, no getting the big flakes out, just combing the hair. I showed this to a friend who is a dermatologist and she said that it doesn't look like dandruff. She says this is fake
I absolutely agree. This has very clearly been faked. I notice all faked scratching videos have the same thing in common - 1. they always have 'larger than life' excessive 'gunk' on the head - 2. They never scratch effectively, as one would expect ti see and do see with 'real' scratching videos - 3. Fake scratch videos never go over the entire head (that I've ever noticed at least), the reason likely being I would guess, is because they don't want to go to the trouble of piling this fake waxy stuff all over someone's head, when they think they can get away with making an effectively fake video by simply 'gunking' up a small area only. These fake videos are very annoying.
