anne smith that’s fake, real flakes don’t crumple or leaves a sticky looking residue on the comb but free fall. I don’t know what they put on her hair but whatever it is they allow it to dry on her scalp then attempt to comb it out claiming it’s dandruff... looks more like wax or huge build up of shampoo without rinsing... this is all for viewership and money..

Last couple videos you were doing great,this one,not so.Slow and just a bore.Must be a new scratcher. Use clips to hold hair in place,not your hand.See----you letting your left hand know what your right hand is doing...Use both hands to scratch and remove flakes,those things are stubborn...
