I am an IFS informed mental health counselor and recently found your channel. Your information is delivered beautifully concise and easily relatable. I have been listening to all your earlier video’s and thank you for eliminating the music in the background. Your voice is soothing and enough on it’s on. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and making IFS so user friendly. I have subscribed and am urging my clients to do the same.
Thank you Connor for inviting us into the state of peace. For me it feels like I am floating, radiating light and at the same time getting mentally and physically relaxed and slightly heavier in my body.
Thank you for this. My censor part is currently really cracking down, and I end up deleting comments because I also have AuDHD and struggle to be concise, then experience a lot of shame - but there is one thing I would like to share, because it helped me so much and may be the missing piece (excuse the non-deliberate pun...another element of the neurodivergence, my mind trips over itself! Piece, peace...) for someone else - so I can't not! 'Peace' was very difficult for me to grasp, I think partly due to its total absence in my development (I have Dissociative Identity Disorder due to the severity of the abuse in my childhood, and am so grateful to IFS for depathologising the experience of having parts). However, I once read peace described as 'nothing lacking, nothing wrong' by the teacher Tara Brach (she may have been quoting Nisargadatta) and I thought 'OH! It's THAT??' What I, especially my scared parts, long for most in the world...OK-ness. Nothing wrong. I've never seen peace the same way since then... 🙏

Thank you so much
Great video!
Thank you, Connor, for your generous & compassionate leadership. Sending love, peace and compassion to you as well :).
For me, I feel it under my heart. It's such a beautiful gentle sootging quality.
