Project and/or craft medium fatigue is absolutely real. Sometimes you just have to switch things up to find your mojo again. Can’t wait to see how this turns out. Cardboard is an awesome material. So versatile.
Love working with cardboard especially scrap boxes, if it goes wrong, no guilty about the expense. I admire the fact that you have a plan l seldom do and spend a lot of time redoing things or starting over. 😂 Will watch your plan take shape and learn!🤞
@@coby9896 Whether my ‘Plan’ works or not remains to be seen, 😂. Right now I’m just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best! But you are right, if I loose some pieces due to my terrible measuring skills, I can just pull out another box. (My husband refuses to throw away a good box, and to him, they are ALL “a very good box”)💚
An exciting new project, thank you, I’ll look forward to following along as always. I love your methodical, logical planning. I bet your daughter is excited to see the progress too!.?❤
@@wendywalker3598 Thank you Wendy! Yes she is very excited about the project and has already cleared a space on her book shelf. (She has grossly underestimated how long these things can take, 😂) 💚
I can hardly wait to see this finished. I love your talent. So many ideas as I want to build the little house on the prairie house. I have the paper version but thot cardboard would be much sturdier.
@@nannettenielsen216 Another great show! My daughter was born the same year that Friends premiered in 1994. It is a timeless classic. I suspect that people will be watching TBBT for years to come as well! Good luck on your build!
Penny, Penny, Penny! I don't know how long it took you to devise the method you are using, BUT I have worked out the same; method - down to the tape method. And it has taken me a solid year to just devise the theory - I haven't even put knife to corrugated yet! The only difference is that my project is going to be much (MUCH) larger. Thank you for showing me (and the rest of you UA-cam Family) that this is a viable method. PS I hope to share my project on UA-cam, as it is not so much a dolls house as it is an homage to a family home and a way of life that is long past.
@@georgecunningham9175 Thanks George, it’s all just trial and error at this point. PLEASE share your UA-cam channel name 🙏. I would love to see what you are up to! 💚

@@lori416 I’m on a bit of a learning curve but so far the cardboard has been pretty easy to work with. It’s nice to hear from you Lori!💚
Thank you Penny. Meticulous as always ❤

My youngest daughter would love this. I want to make a Big Bang Theory miniature for me.
