I watch all of your videos. I love your attitude towards negative people. keep up with the videos. I love how you go into depth about how and why you are using what you are using. Lets go fishing
Not a hater of live electronic capabilities, I’ve went back & forth multiple times. Get / Don’t get. As of today it’s not on my rig. The dilemma is & this might sound crazy but I’m not sure that I want to remove the unknown. By not knowing a walleye is chasing or staring other senses are heightened. There’s a different feel about it, different anticipation, different excitement & different reward. Pitch jigs down a weed line to find them shallow vs drive and scan - there they are. A different feel, reward & respect for the game. I don’t know if I want to decrease other situational awareness by diving into the video game. Do I like video games YUP. But there is the possibility of over focusing on one aspect you could say. When you look at some people out there now live is the only aspect that they are focused on. Maybe now they are hunting to much because they arn’t seeing the reactions they expect visually. So many things. Just a different view point I suppose. As you can see I’m very open minded. Tight lines
I completely understand that! The unknown and heightened senses is something you just can't replace. That's one of my favorite things about snap jigging plastics. But even this week we were throwing swimbaits and slow-rolling them over shallow rock and gravel, and man is it ever fun not knowing when that THUMP is going to come. Addicting! Thanks for watching. Hope you have an awesome season.
That's the 4" Impulse Smelt Minnow rigged on a 1/4-oz VMC Neon Moon Eye Jig, and that fish came out of about 7-10'. That is one combo that I will even fish out a little deeper because the Impulse Smelt Minnow is super thin, so less plastic drag lets it dart and sink very fast even with just a 1/4-oz head.
So do I understand this correctly, you're ripping that jig right through weeds? How do you prevent getting hung up or fouled by weeds... is that part of why you snap it so hard?
I waiting and hoping you'd show us what Hoyer does to win and how we could do it too 😀 So let it hit bottom, snap it back, let it hit bottom? Rinse and repeat?
Hahaha! I promise you if I get the chance to fish with someone who's taking the time to watch these videos and comment...it's not going to be someone who's negative 😂. Thanks Patrick!

I just make videos for mean comments now. ;)
I'll have to start being more "rowdy" over in the comments section under your videos then hahaha. 👊
No Mr.Clayton. You are the man when it comes to catching walleye. I love your videos.

I'm liking the rowdy challenges ❤
Also. This video applies way more to me. A person without livescope.
As a newcomer, I really appreciate the straightforward practical advice that I can use right away!
Your videos and cheery disposition are fantastic!! Very educational too! It would be a hoot to go out with you.
Thank you, Douglas! I seriously appreciate it 👊

Excellent video, as always. Very informative. Helps me refocus the technique. As on some days I’m riding the struggle bus.
Yup. Works pretty good. Slammed a good number in short order recently. Pretty much my fave type of bite.
Graphs no graphs you’re the MAN !
As always, great detailed information!!! Thanks!!!
Really appreciate it, Kevin!

Awesome, keep up the good work buddy, I enjoy the info.
What is the bait you are using at 3:50 please?
What weight and depth of water you are using it too please so I can get an idea of sink rate ?

Great video! Thanks for all the info!
With snap jigging have you used the Northland ripping minnow, soft plastic glide baits. I've tried them but so far no luck
Excellent info, thanks!

Sure you're able to do it with a high end rod. Let's see it with a Shakespeare!! 😂😂 awesome video!

I hope we get to see the video with you taking that other guy on with no electronics😅😅
Pull spinners or rigs until you catch a one or two. Then pick apart the area with a jig until its dry. Repeat. 😉
