    HI Lovely, thank you for showing where to put the wedge under :-) feels more symmetric instantly. Was using my breath to expand in the parts of my spine, which felt a little close and let go consciously all stuck energy, sadness, pain, stress with the outbreath. In this child variation though my knees are hurting, which they don´t, when i round my spine and let my head go towards the ground witout cusions or bolsters ..

      Simone Prager thanks for your comment! There is a couple of things you can try. You could cushion the mat with another blanket and I would also sit a little higher. I usually have another bolster that I’m sitting on instead of the block/blanket seat that I’m using in the video. Maybe an extra cushion will be fine otherwise you can do this seated on a chair! It’s a bit more complicated to set up but well worth it!

    I've kyphoscoliotic s-curve in dorsal region right and left in lumbar ,mild case can you tell me where should i start?
