In a way, she's not misguided. Over time, we have all consented to different constitutional rights to be suspended, temporarily or permanently, under specific circumstances. The slippery slope was started a long time ago and the goal posts are continuously being moved. It's the give an inch take a mile thing.

NM is Democrat and most people think she's done a Wonderful job during Covid protecting them. Her lockdowns were harsh. Children were kept out of school for nearly two yrs . 600 students in Santa Fe went off the radar.
During the height of the worst restrictions over Covid and curfews in New Mexico, and especially the reservations, were the site of the soft roll out for the hardest laws. In restrictions, they tried to enforce.
It makes sense that they’re rolling out some tough stuff as a soft experiment again in New Mexico
I wonder if it has to do with environment. I live in Appalachia and you can't tell people that live in a forest what to do. Once you are 10' in these woods, you may as well be 100 miles in the woods. I didn't do the whole mask vaccine thing and neither did most of the people I know.

The problem is that under the UN, the US Constitution is merely a suggestion. Under the UN, calling yourself a "US Citizen" makes you a "UN National". US Citizenship is merely a label for their global nationality. The US Constitution doesn't apply to US Citizens because "US Citizens" are defined by int'l law as "UN Nationals". If you will, a "US Citizen" is the label for "UN Nationals" being managed by the UN Member-State UNITED STATES, as part of the UN, and on behalf of the UN. we are being played for fools. that's why they make all the "constitution talk" into conspiracy and threats.... because _it is_ given how far beyond those things we are now under the UN.
