I think Lip and Shu go crazy in this tournament. Especially after Lip has some time to grieve his loss that he said affected his performance.
I am kinda excited for Varrel vs Yeti, I feel like that’s the only non-Korean team who has a chance to win a match.

Playing on the current patch but Venture will be locked from play until the championship match........Blizzard still sticking with their bat shit crazy ideas that frankly ruins their esport.
Real talk, I don't understand how every content creator is so gassed up about Varrel and seem to forget this team has only ever been a good team domestically and has one win against DAF (a DAF roster that then ran it back on them in the finals) and consistently lost when they played in Australian Contenders/went up against broader international competition.
If you think their going to be favored over the pacific teams then its a punt at best. Japan may be the future with big time viewership but right now Varrel as still nothing to write home about. Their one saving grace is wgs not being able to afford the flights to bring an Australian team over to roll them.
Japan's World Cup roster played against Australia's during APAC Derby 2023 and won 3:1. Japan also beat France 2:0 on Lan during the World Cup.
